Hôtel très propre, service client très réactif (réservation à la dernière minute, un jour férié), literie impeccable et très confortable. Un salon dans l’hôtel avec une bouilloire ou un distributeur de boissons serait un gros plus, car peu de choses sont ouvertes le soir dans Villeneuve sur Lot, et c’est vraiment la seule chose qu’il manque à cet hôtel.

Informations très claires, chambre confortable, mais propreté très médiocre, notamment de la salle de bain.
Dommage par ailleurs qu'il n'ait pas été possible de prendre le petit déjeuner, le service étant fermé le jour de l'an.
