Wouldn’t stay again
Cons:

Understaffed with lack of senior management around. Waited several minutes at check in and had to find someone from the bar. Confusion at check in re previous communication not being translated into booking.
Hotel needs a refurb
Iron in room not been PAT tested since 2013 and the live wires were viable in the cord in room 108. Bed side lights didn’t work

As our 2nd stay we still like the place and would definitely consider coming again
Pros:

Great value for money in the economy rooms

Cons:

Somewhat too quiet while dining and sometimes staff didn’t seem interested but never failed to be polite at least

Uncomfortable night's sleep

Poor quality mattress, and no air conditioning, and the hotel had a large number of dogs staying.

Good location but unfortunately not much sleep
Pros:

Good Location
Staff were nice

Cons:

The bed in room 42 was extremely squeaky, any slight movement the bed made a noise, leading to little sleep. I would suggest staff look into this for other guests.
Extremely warm in the rooms high up in the building. However a fan is provided by the hotel

The location. Staff very polite and friendly. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

You couldn’t drink the tap water. Only 1 bottle of water left in the room. Got more when we asked for it.
