Really the worst experience of hotel. Booked three rooms for two nights, but had to leave the hotel one hour after check

I never stayed there. I wish Booking.com should be vetting those accommodations prior to advertising
Pros:

I did not stay there at all, the place did not look appealing nor attractive at all. I felt unsafe. The reception looked like a drug factory.

Cons:

The lack of cleanliness at the reception, empty boxes stacked there, the carpet at the stairs was too old. It was not worth the money I had paid and lost . I went to stay in Gidea Park.
I had paid and lost my money because of the trust I had of Booking.com. I was left with a bitter taste, very disappointed. I had lost my money because of being native.

Bine ca am stat doar 2 nopți
Pros:

Doar faptul ca a fost ok ca preț, ca am avut apă caldă și căldură și ca aveai de toate în jurul acesteia (magazine, restaurante)

Cons:

1. Ușa de la intrare niciodată nu stătea închisă
2. Scările care duc la cameră scârțâiau
3. La recepție nu era nimeni, doar o hârtie cu un nr de telefon și trebuia sa suni mereu daca aveai nevoie de informații sau alte lucruri, unde îți răspundea o doamnă (noi la check in am fost îndrumați de aceasta ca sa ajungem la camera noastră)
4. Pe tavan am avut niște pânze de păianjeni
5. Totul vechi în camera (o noptieră și o masă din lemni vechi și hârjâite)
6. Să nu mai zic ca la recepție era o mijerie uriașă și niște colete lăsate acolo (nici nu vreau să știu de cât timp erau acolo, poate sunt și acum) 😂
7. Când plecai (check out) lăsai cheia la recepție într-o cutie


Dacă toți pui o clădire drept Hotel pe booking, trebuie tratat ca fiind un Hotel

Didn't stay left immediately it was that bad!
Pros:

The room was horrible Dirty, furniture old and worn as were the carpets.
When asked for another room the staff were VERY rude. and treated her very badly!
I booked this for a venerable young lady who was so distressed that I had to go and get here and find another better hotel for her, Which we did!
I tried to communicate with the hotel to complain and get a refund.Of course NOTHING!
If they had at least replied to my complaint would have been something but no!
AVOID!

Cons:

See above. I would not recommend this to my worst enemies.
The ONLY thing in its favor is its in the middle of town!
Certainly not a place to stay. Especially if you'd like good service!
