Quant little town. Friendly service, clean.
Breakfast was good and provided what we needed, laid out nicely
The lock on our door did not work properly.
This was our 4th time staying at the Arrow. We love it! The rooms are beautiful and clean, however, most people will never stay there as Broken Bow Nebraska is not exactly a tourist destination. We try to arrange our route to stay there on our cross country drives. The Bonfire restaurant, located in the historic part of the hotel, has amazing food
Location and ambiance of the restaurant. We did not eat there this time. We have stayed there before and the breakfast was outstanding. Can’t comment on how it is now.
When we got to our room the temperature was 77 in the living area and 75 in the sleeping area. The living area air conditioner was blowing warm air. I talked to the staff and they said they bled the air out of the system and it should eventually cool down. They also brought in a cheap box fan. After three hours there was no change. It was stuffy and uncomfortable. When we tried to take a shower the faucet seemed to be stuck and I was afraid I was going to pull it out of the wall. They did get that resolved but then said the ac could take an eternity to start working. This was unacceptable. It was bad enough the furniture was tired and sagging and the room was past its prime. When we told them the room was not acceptable they said they couldn’t switch us to a different room because we booked through Booking.com. We then decided to cut our losses and go to a different hotel and I honestly figured we would get our most of our money back. Once we were cleared out and I was returning our keys they told us we would have to contact Booking.com to get a refund. I spent an hour at our new place trying to get in contact with some of the 24/7 help advertised on your website but there was no email or phone number available. All I got was a message to login which I had done and a batch of generic and unhelpful FAQ’s. I finally was able to send a message and the AI said it was forwarded to an agent and that’s the last I heard from you until I got the obligatory “How was your stay?” email. Our stay was terrible. Your support was terrible. I think a total refund of our money is appropriate for all of the work we had to go through and according to The Arrow Inn that refund needs to come from you. I await your reply. Thank you
Very historic. If you sleep hot then the East building is the best. It has better ac than the west building. They also offer a parking garage.
Slept hot in the West building had to change to the East building. Took a while to get checked in on our return stay. After half an hour we found out we had to cancel our booking in order to get a new date for our stay. Then the lady gave us the wrong room key so had to swap it out.
The mattress and pillows were so comfortable. So often we go to hotels where it feels like everything is cheap and 20 years old and in this historic building I was very happily surprised. Good value for the money, clean, and delicious breakfast.
Excellent
We had a little trouble with the air conditioning
It was a great breakfast and it right there on the site , van testickIt was a great breakfast and it was right there on the site, fantastic.
Breakfast was amazing! The friends I brought to the hotel were AMAZED and want to stay there again next time we come thru on our motorcycles.
The breakfast was fresh, well stocked and hot.
Would have liked to see fresh fruit, and marmalade or jelly other than sugar free would be good, nut not a deal breaker
The location was great and easy to walk around town. We were there for a family reunion in Callaway, so we left early and came back late. The chairs were nice to sit in, relax, and have coffee. The hotel was in good condition, and I wish we could have stayed in the town longer and tried your restaurant.
The bathroom door needs to be oiled. It squeaked each time it was opened and closed. The bed was a little harder than I like, but my husband liked it. We do not care for the Folgers coffee. Coffee from Costco is good.
Its history
Nicely appointed and restored.
Room was dirty
