Breakfast wasnt put out until 1.5 hour past its start time and its was full dried out day old kwik trip donuts

The room had old decor that had dried grasses that dropped onto the bed and headboard. Everything was dusty. The "breakfast" was in a closed off room with wet carpet and fruit flies. Sugar was crusted onto the jar and would not come out. I just gave up and spilled it out. New management would be good to keep the place clean as staff just sits on couch in front of TV. They could also make simple repairs. We wont be back. Unfortunately.
*note: When we were checking out, there was one young staff that was very friendly that may have been housekeeping. So not all was terrible.

Musty smelling, plastic on roof indicates roof had leaked. No glasses in room or bathroom. Not exceptionally clean. Often unstaffed, with sign to call a number for assistance.

Whole building in need of serious updates. Think it looks and seems dirty because its outdated decor.

Room was musty, sheets and pillow cases were stained, and seemed dirty and we saw bed bugs in the bed. Also front doors were very dirty, parking lot was in bad shape, and ceiling of outdoor car port was missing panels and was in in generally poor condition. We were only there for approximately 15 minutes. On top of all this, the rate was not that reasonable either.

Room was extremely dirty. Tons of dust and con webs all over the room. Toilet was dirty too. “Streaks” in the bowl and. Dirty seat. The shampoo and conditioner was also used. Could clearly see they were partly empty. I have a few pictures of the room, but can’t post them.

The people who worked there were great and the pool was immaculate and really warm (the hot tub had half the jets out but the ones that worked worked well.

The balcony and view were lovely. The location was convenient. The bathroom was clean. The fish tank gorgeous.

But this is why I’m doing this review, as it was not safe for little kids ( I had a 20 month and 7 year old grandchildren). The door between the next room couldn’t be locked and my granddaughter kept going in there. They finally found the key to lock it but keeping her away in the meantime was tough).

The bolt on the main door was not on well and we had to jam coolers and suitcases up against it so my granddaughter didn’t break it outright. It was pulling off.

Half the breakfast stuff was not set up or working. The creamer for the coffee was spoiled and lumpy and had to be thrown out. The juice machines didn’t work.

There was a questionable stain that looked biological on the room carpet.

When we asked for help they helped where they could, but did not offer a room with a working bolt.

And most concerning of all, when my daughter had to go back because she left something in the room, they just said take any key… they will work. I know mine stopped working and had to be replaced the next morning but she was pretty freaked out that it was that non secure that anyone could go in.

So I promised her I would do a review in case anyone is traveling with small children, who need a heads up.

We had a terrible experience here. The room was nothing like any of the pictures. 1. The room was not clean. 2. The soap in the bathroom was used. 3. The bed was blocking the view of the TV. 4. Half of the lights in the bathroom were burned out. 5. The bathroom electric circuit would not work. 6. There was food in one of the drawers. 7. Stains in the carpet. 8. Rips in the cushions. We planned to stay one week but were not comfortable. They offered other rooms but were marginally better. We had paid for most of the week. They would not give a refund. Lost a lot of money but it was too awful to stay there.

I didn’t even stay. The room was filthy.

Room was just okay. Had issues with the TV/remote. Staff not able to fix issue. Could use some updating.

Nice people

For starters the room key did not open the end door, after three tries the desk clerk discovered paper stuffed in the door lock and a dead battery, immediate unpleasant odor upon entry and plastic from an old appliance in the rather bent door opening. In the room the air was cold but standing next to a jet engine mimics the sound from the ac, questionable if the sheets were clean, no toilet paper, no coffee. Take a pass.

If you love 3 inch long thick black pubic hair all over your bathroom floor you will love this place! Had our neighbors screaming and blasting music from 3am till 430am having to call the front desk twice and had to convince him that he needs to come and deal with it. Breakfast is a joke, weird stains all over the room, splatters on the ceiling and on the carpet, and the shower drain is so plugged you are standing in 8 inches of water by the time you are done showering if you are lucky and don’t run out of hot water.

Like a motel 6... they are trying here but its not what we're used to.

Dirty room, door didn’t lock, bugs in our room and food. Fire hazards as none working smoke alarms. We left early

This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Sheets were dirty, slept in clothes on top of the bed. Place smelled like cat urine. Doors were dirty, water bottle and beer can on the floor. Left a day early couldn't stay there any longer. Health department should shut this place down. I'm contacting them tomorrow. Want a refund of one night

The staff there is great. I’ve been booked there a number of times and the staff are always great. The breakfast is complete with lots of options.

Nice, quiet, safe area to feel at home. Every room has its own theme which ads a personal touch. Cute and quaint cafe next door with reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!
