La posizione comoda per raggiungere il Santuario
Avevo comunicato che saremmo arrivati a tarda ora,per l'orario del volo e mi era stato risposto che non c'era problema,ma che non avremmo potuto usufruire della cena pagata con la mezza pensione, ho risposto che era stato messo in conto... All' arrivo abbiamo trovato l' albergo chiuso e un cartello che diceva di rivolgersi alla struttura di fronte, qui abbiamo appreso che avremmo soggiornato in quell' albergo, nessuno mi aveva avvisato di questa possibilità. La stanza assegnata sembrava un abbaino, con un caldo asfissiante, persino i muri interni erano bollenti... Il secondo giorno ci è stato offerto di cambiare camera per una identica alla precedente... Dal momento che non avevamo usufruito della prima cena, abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile fare il pranzo dell' ultimo giorno, anche pagando un sovrapprezzo,ma non ci è stata data la possibilità di farlo.
Le uniche cose positive sono state la gentilezza del personale e la posizione.
We arrived very late off the train and walked 12 minutes mostly downhill to the location and someone was there to greet us. (We took a taxi back uphill) the room was tiny (poor photo) but acceptable. The highlight of the room is the balcony (photo of view)and the doors we left open all day and night. The weather there is cool as it's a higher elevation town and we could hear the river from our room. It is an easy walk to the church and we returned to our room for a nap before the candlelight procession. There was a good breakfast for a fee. I would recommend this location.
C'était pour les 90 ans de notre cousine que nous avions décidé de nous rendre à Lourdes. La permanence de l'accueil à l'hôtel est très rassurante, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. L'ensemble du personnel et de la direction est vraiment agréable, et ils sont très attentionnés. Nous avions fait le choix de la demi-pension et nous nous sommes bien régalés. Le PDJ copieux et de qualité. L'emplacement est idéale pour visiter Lourdes.

maaltijden waren smaakvol. Ontbijt: misschien wat afwisseling in hartig beleg maar was verder goed.
Proche sanctuaire, équipe super pour les repas super bien géré. Tout le personnel au petit soin. Je reviens l'année prochaine

La propreté , la possibilité de prendre une 1/2 pension , la proximité avec le sanctuaire
Visiter la ville, la grotte de Lourdes
La chambre est trop petite et la salle de bain n'est pas adaptée pour les personnes de forte corpulence.

Établissement propre agréable silencieux, très bien placé à 10minute de la grotte..
Le personnel super ainsi que le restaurant merci à vous..
Hospedaje en habitación para tres personas dos noches. La limpieza en la habitación brilla por su ausencia, restos de basura en el suelo de anteriores huspedes (pastillas, gomas de pelo, pelusas...) no retiran las papeleras llenas, las camas muy mal hechas tras la primera noche , el inodoro muy cerca de la pared y muy difícil sentarse para su uso.
