POUCO CASO NO ATENDIMENTO

CAFÉ DA MANHÂ É MUITO BOM !!

Cons:

ATENDIMENTO RECEPÇÃO RUIM, NOS COLOCARAM NO QUARTO COM CAMA DE SOLTEIRO E SEPARADOS , TIVEMOS QUE DESCER COM A BAGAGEM PARA RECLAMAR E OUTRA ATENDENTE FEZ A TROCA E NOS COLOCOU NO MESMO ANDAR , TAMBÉM TENTEI RECUPERAR O CARREGADOR DO CELULAR QUE HAVIA ESQUECIDO ANTERIORMENTE E NÃO CONSEGUI, A RECEPÇÃO EMPURROU PARA A SETOR DAS CAMAREIRAS E VICE VERSA.
FALTA DE EMPATIA NO ATENDIMENTO AO HOSPEDES, PARECIA QUE ESTAVAMOS FAZENDO FAVOR DE ESTAR NO HOTEL.

Pros:

Atendeu minhas expectativas. Localização ótima. Bom atendimento. Alimentação dentro das expectativas. Hospedagem ótima. Só não gostei de uma promoção que havia no dia, que já relatei abaixo.

Cons:

Não gostei da campanha de cerveja que tinha no dia que fui. Era duas long neck de Heineken, pelo preço de uma. OK. Só que fui pagar a conta, me avisaram que a do frigobar não estava na promoção. Fiquei sem entender, mas no aviso promocional não estava escrito nada do ocorrido.

Agradável, como de hábito.
Pros:

Gosto de tudo. Foi a terceira vez que me hospedei no hotel.

Cons:

Quando chegamos, identificamos a necessidade de um conserto no quarto. Precisei trocar de quarto, mas também foi encontrado um problema, que foi solucionado rapidamente.

A melhor opção na região do Vale do Paraiba para quem vai conhecer os vários pontos turísticos

Confortável mas banho ruim
Pros:

Estávamos a três e ficamos num quarto com acessibilidade. Meio estranho, o chuveiro e boiler , à primeira a tomar banho pega água morna os outros de morna pra fria. E o banheiro é água pra todo lado . Mesmo com Box.
