Pros:

The Breakfast was first class, amazing... One of the best ever.
Staff were honestly beyond fault and so very accommodating and all the time in a language outside their own Italian.
The apartment was so very comfortable and we also spent many happy hours in it despite the attractions just at your front door.
We were surprised to find that access to the beach was readily available via the local bus and it was such an easy trip that worked in perfectly for us from the Porta Reale as the bus stop is literally 200 meters away.
First class property and thank you to everyone therefore helping us have such a memorable stay.

Cons:

Could you please consider resetting TVs prior to a new guest arrival so that they can then log on in their own language with their own Netflix, Prime, HBO accounts etc. We did have a lot of trouble figuring this out on our own.

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the main street and night markets. The staff helpfully reserved us a parking spot nearby before we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable.

Personnel adorable et établissement très soigné , à recommander sans faute
Pros:

L’emplacement excellent sur la rue principale. L’attention de leur accueil vis à vis notre anniversaire de mariage était fort appréciable mais surtout la gentillesse du personnel car nous nous sommes retrouvé coincée avec notre voiture dans une rue très étroite et le réceptionniste est venu nous aider à sortir

Cons:

Quite compact but understandable as no building in the heart of the town. And reflected in the price it’s fantastic value.

Fantastic location with super friendly staff.
Pros:

Perfect location to stay and discover every little corner in beautiful Noto. We had the apartment down the alley from the hotel building, breakfast was great, and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Welcome drink on their rooftop bar was a nice bonus.
