Pros:

Colazione abbondante e buona, la mia camera era abbastanza piccola ma essenziale, posizione ottima, anche se la vera nota di merito va allo staff, tutti gentilissimi, sorridenti e super disponibili

Reasonable and friendly accommodation
Pros:

In the heart of Bloomsbury across the street from the largest bookshop in the UK. Friendliest and most can-do staff I’ve experimented a hotel in a long time. comfy bed. Delicious breakfasts.

Pros:

Location for both the West End and London Terminals is excellent. There are many underground stations serving different underground within easy walking distance. A particular thank-you to the manager. Although still in good time for my train from Euston, I had overslept and missed my breakfast time. When I checked out, the manager personally arranged for coffee and juice before I left. Very much appreciated.

Fresh made English breakfast was great with lots of other choices. Staff was extremely nice, polite and smiley.

Cons:

Would be great to have lift and bit better/stronger ventilation system in dining area specifically when bacon and sausages are fried. In the room you can find complementary tea but no coffee...
