Lokalizacja oraz obsługa. Śniadanie również bardzo smaczne

Cons:

Czystość a wręcz jej brak. Tutaj na prawdę nie potrzeba zbyt wiele jak posprzątać. Zatkana umywalka, tylko duże ręczniki w pokoju. Brudna wykładzina i nadmiar kurzu w pokoju odebrały przyjemność z przebywania w pokoju.

The location, as many others have said, is fantastic.

Cons:

We stayed at the Jesmond 15 years ago, and since then there has been a sorry decline. The room was scruffy, sink blocked when we arrived, toilet seat broken and carpets worn. Staff, while pleasant, are not terribly competent. We left dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom and, instead of replacing them, they were hung back up! The sink, once uplugged by a staff member with a plunger was not sterilized ... who knows where the plunger had been before? It was a bit gross. Breakfast isn't what it used to be: undercooked sausage and tomato, cardboard toast. People stay here for the amazing location and the hotel's capacity to sleep families in a single room. But it is a hotel badly in need of renovation and better staff training.
