Außerordentlich nettes Personal und ein gutes englisches Frühstück.
Pros:

Die Lage war super und in einer ruhigen, dennoch zentralen Nebenstraße.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde nur auf Aufforderung gereinigt, keine frischen Handtücher, sehr durchgelegene Federmatratzen. Zimmer konnte auch nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden. Für 3 Nächte war es ok.

Pros:

La ubicación, está cerca de todas las principales visitas que hay que hacer en Londres. Puedes ir andando a la mayoría de ellas.
La atención del personal. Siempre se muestran dispuestos a ayudarte y atienden tus peticiones con celeridad y mucha amabilidad.
El desayuno inglés está muy bien.
La limpieza es excelente tanto en la habitación como en el comedor.

Cons:

Las instalaciones requieren actualización ya que están bastante anticuadas. Todo el hotel necesitaría una reforma para modernizarse.

Convenient for trip around London city.
Pros:

Location. Easy access to things to do in London. The receptionist was kind and friendly. She gave us directions for the dining and we enjoyed a lot. We cannot complain the high price as we are in the middle of London city.
