Absolutamente todo el personal altamente calificado para atender al huésped. Tuvimos una maravillosa estancia de 2 noches. Habitaciones preciosas, limpieza de 10, comida exquisita, arquitectura del edificio admirable, alberca templada y suficiente tanto para adultos como para niños pequeños, la terraza es preciosa, ubicación excelente, se encuentra entre la torre latinoamericana y el zócalo para llegar en 5 minutos caminando a cualquiera de los 2 pero lo suficientemente lejos de ruido, en la noche hace frío pero el aire acondicionado también es calefactor y la Srita de recepción nos apoyó a regularlo de forma remota, Excelente estancia 👌 gracias por todo!

La chambre très confortable et propre.
Le bruit le week-end, le côté très sombre de l'établissement, la piscine du rooftop qui est plus une décoration qu'autre chose.
Overall great experience, hotel staff were so nice and welcoming. Loved the natural light in the lobby for sure instagram worthy pics can be taken. Heavy traffic during the day if you are trying to get a uber or taxi. Rooms were super clean and towels were fluffy and clean. Rooftop bar has a great view and little amazing marble pool. Drinks and food were okay but atmosphere made up for it. Overall lovely hotel and would stay again.
Victor has great customer service very attentive and friendly. He recommended the food. Food was good too.

La ubicación del hotel, la atención del personal
que la realidad se quedo corta con respecto a las fotos de la publicidad. llegamos al anochecer y la entrada y la recepción estaba en penumbra, supongo que los asesores de la iluminación les dijeron que eso era romántico, pero creo que se pasaron de obscuridad, me dio la impresión de estar en un callejón sin luz. La cafetera del cuarto me dió mucho trabajo hacerla funcionar a medias. El hermoso vitral que aparece en las fotos a sido sustituido por un vidrio común.
First the good … really good location in the heart of the city, though the area got a bit crazy during our visit due to the World Cup. But in general convenient location. And people were friendly, but that seems true almost everywhere in this amazing country.
The rooms were too small … I get downtown hotel vibe but this was a bit much, with not even a built in closet (they had a strange bureau with curtains!). Also, seems place is not managed too well, even had some towels that were torn/had holes.
And the craziest part … the corridors had no light. Could not even see the door lock of my second floor room if we came in after sunset. And if this was temporary, someone should have warned us when we checked in.
All of that, plus not much care for Marriott status, gives this hotel just 2 stars.

Чтобы включить кондиционер в номере нужно звонить на стойку, они оттуда его включают, но кондиционер выключается сам через некоторое время, приходится звонить снова. Невозможность самостоятельно им управлять - большая проблема.
Зона туалета отгорожена неполной стенкой, и все звуки оттуда слышны на весь номер, это может вызывать дискомфорт, если жить с человеком, которого вы не готовы так "слушать".
I love the architecture and design. The room very comfortable and everything very clean. I loved the rooftop with the a very clean small pool. The staff super polite, professional and very helpful. I absolutely love the free bikes too! Oh and the location is great!
Location, location, location. Cool old bank building. Get a ride in the old lift when you are there. Gorgeous and comfortable room. Pool is lush and cleaned daily.
Didn’t go much on the breakfast, but that’s a personal thing. The hotel sales day passes which means you struggle to get in the pool at times. I appreciate they need to make money but reigning the number of passes in wouldn’t do any harm.
