Staff were very friendly and accommodating, rooms and all other facilities were clean. Breakfast was very good.
I had the first room off of the lobby and could hear the staff preparing food in the mornings and long was loud at night (11pm-12am)

I had asked to have a room next to family when making my reservation, they placed us on different floors.
Dead birds at the pool enternce, more specifically two new ones and one that was decomposing from about two to three weeks.
Staff didn't speak English- would ask them a question like can we get more chocolate milk while pointing at chocolate milk, they would say yes and not get any. Asked where ice was, they thought we were talking about ICE. They also sent us to the other side of the hotel.
I liked the open atmosphere in the lobby and how welcoming it felt.
I didn’t like how the air freshener overpowered the lobby. It made it difficult to breathe and enjoy the space..

Nothing of this hotel is disappointing
The room had the lights between the beds. This light was controlled by a switch at the door and switches on each side of light. This light was also tied into the power of the desk light. So if I turned on switch at door to power light it tuned on box light at beds and desk light. I could turn off bed light with the switch on it (now that it was powered from switch at door) but it still left desk light on. This caused us not to use lights and use phone lights. Not a good setup.
Switch the power to the bed lights from both desk and beds. That they don't c po me on together

The location was excellent. Very close to shopping, food and entertainment. Would definitely stay there again.
Saw a pool, but didn't see a hot tub.

Room lacked adequate lighting. Bathroom only had one towel bar so bath towel hung by hanger.
