Hotel posizionato a 100m dalla fermata della metropolitana Navy Yard; in 5 minuti si arriva tranquillamente sul National Mall. Camera ampia e davvero confortevole, con spazi suddivisi in modo eccellente e ben insonorizzata. Letto molto comodo. Angolo cucina funzionale ed utilissimo. Colazione inclusa buona, discretamente varia; per quanto ci riguarda, facendo essenzialmente un colazione dolce, siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Sala colazione ampia e quindi mai affollata. Personale cortese, discreto e disponibile.

Cons:

La policy dell'hotel prevede la pulizia della camera a giorni alterni, pulizia che è stata comunque puntuale e ineccepibile. In ogni caso ci veniva messa a disposizione biancheria pulita sufficiente per almeno 2 giorni, quindi nessun problema da questo punto di vista, tuttavia è davvero un peccato per una struttura che per il resto è eccellente sotto tutti gli aspetti.

Nice Location, Room was clean and well equipted, kitchen was a nice add on.

Cons:

The sofa bed was really uncomftable , our child would not sleep on it.
The hotel was renoveting and did not let us know beforehand.

Very nice hotel with recently renovated rooms
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel in a great area! Walkable to Nats stadium. The hotel is undergoing renovations. I received a renovated room and it was very nice. The on going lobby renovation did not detract from the large and comfortable breakfast area / lounge area. The included breakfast was substantial. I was disappointed in the coffee. But I am a coffee snob.
The breakfast area is very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and staff
Pros:

Had to make a quick stop at the Navy Yards for work. The hotel was perfectly located and had a great staff. Keith at the valet stand was kind and took pride in his work. Will be staying here again for sure.

Family trip for Thanksgiving holiday
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay very much. The family occupied 3 suites over Thanksgiving weekend. Suites were quite spacious and very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and very efficient. Breakfast offered many options and exceptionally good scrambled eggs! Valet parking was a plus as street parking was not always available. The location was great - easy to get around and a nice selection of restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get into DC proper as well.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at this location. Super convenient, comfortable and the staff were really amazing. Ms Daisy at breakfast, as well as Tyana at the desk greeted me daily with smiles and pleasant conversations. I will definitely return and recommend this property.

Wonderful stay at The Residence Inn at Washington DC Navy Yard
Pros:

I had a great stay at the Residence Hotel! The property was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent from start to finish.

I want to highlight the valet attendant, Jeff. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the arrival and departure process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping guests, but Jeff went above and beyond. His positive attitude is outstanding.

Residence Inn Navy Yard is close to EVERYTHING!!
Pros:

This is a fantastic hotel in the middle of a wonderful area. I visited to attend the NWSL semi-finals (Spirit vs. Thorns). The hotel was next to a subway station (Navy Yard) which was one stop away from more great food (Waterfront). A grocery store, Harris Teeter, is one block away behind US DOT. Nationals Stadium and Audi Field are easy walks. The room I stayed in was a 1 bedroom unit with family room/kitchenette w/oven.
