the staff are very friendly and welcoming..... they made us feel at home...
The location... we struggled finding the place
The restaurant is very nice and the food tasty
Room a li bit old, very bad internet connection
Struttura pulita, personale accogliente e disponibile
Zona piscina molto tranquilla e rilassante
Ristorante ottimo
Bagno della camera da rinnovare per un boutique hotel
Comfortable and clean
Food was very average
Outside approach and pool area inviting and well kept.
Reception area, lounge area and bedroom in need of attention and maintenance. maintenance.
It’s closer to Tarangire National Park and good value for money.
Food was good too
Can’t think of anything
A little out of town which means its much quieter. Easy to still get around using local Bolt taxis. Dinner was delicious and good value (we pre booked half board). Friendly staff looked after our luggage for a few hours.
Breakfast was fine but not amazing. Pool was freezing, not sure when it would be used.
We booked this stay as a birthday surprise for our mum, and the hotel exceeded all expectations. The spa facilities were incredibly relaxing, the food was superb, and the staff went above and beyond—even helping with a special birthday cake. She felt so pampered and looked after. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
The Spa treatments were amazing and the shower was excellent
The staff weren’t helpful at all, the food was very poor. At times we felt more like a burden than a guest- very different from our other accommodation in Tanzania. DO NOT LET THEM ORDER YOU A TAXI YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF
We had a great stay at Tulia Botique. It was clean, tidy and very warm and helpful personell working there. We were also able to watch World Cup football match in the bar there. Thanks for a great stay!
I didn’t like anything about the property.
I booked a deluxe room but was checked into a standard room. There was no refrigerator as stated in room facilities. When I asked to be moved or pay the standard room fee I was told I would be charged $85USD for the room when I checked the rate for the room was $78USD. When I checked out I informed the manager I was not happy at their dishonesty and attempt to charge me more than the advertised rate and that I was not happy I didn’t get the room I booked. He continued to lie to me stating the room was deluxe and that he wasn’t aware the furniture had been taken out of the room. When I informed him that I had seen inside a deluxe room, he changed his narrative again. I ended up paying cash for the standard room, but the cost of the deluxe room was taken from my bank account several days after I had checked out. This is despite the booking being cancelled by the Tulia Boutique Hotel. Despite several efforts to get them to respond d to my question about stealing money from me they have not responded. Booking.com has not been helpful with this situation either. My advice DO NOT stay at Tula Boutique Hotel!
Freundlicher Empfang.
Will not go back there again. The approach to the hotel is through some bad roads. The rom was spacious but with bare necessities. The kettle is out on a tray which has the electrical cord. Have to move the whole tray to near an electrical point for use. Bathroom is patchy, broken tiles, shower cubical door doesn’t close properly. Bathroom door doesn’t close properly. Breakfast was basic buffet while dinner is à la carte. The chicken patty in the burger had bones in it and the bun wasn’t warmed. The Dal makhani was delicious.
