There is a strong smell of cigarettes surrounding the apartment. Not for my liking & the cleanliness.
Location, comfort and cleanliness
Had to check in and get access from another property a couple of kilometres away and had to get there and back.
They wanted to charge me extra for parking when their Booking.com site did not mention a charge.
it was centralised and convenient to an event we were attending and the room was perfect to accommodate us for what we needed
the room could’ve been a bit cleaner as there were a couple stains on the floor and some mould in the corners of the shower
Clean convenient
No Reception
The checkin took way too long, I’m not sure what the receptionist was doing but I had to wait almost 20 mins. There was only one person in front of me and it took 10 mins just to do them and then another 10 mins to get myself checked in. The room was also not ready on time which is understandable if they were under staffed at the time, however, they didnt provide information on when I could check in, instead I had to ask and they said ‘maybe an hour’. A call never came to let me know the room was ready, very poor communication that stuffed us around a lot.
Not to mention there was mouldy bread in the fridge which was suppose to be fresh toast for us to use in the morning. Very disappointed for the amount of money I paid. I would like some if not all my money back.
Location was amazing, and on a quiet street.
Everything was fantastic. Clean and spacious rooms. Aircon already running on arrival. Check-in was at different location but still close proximity and seamless process.

The room had a smell of faeces. Such a strong smell in the lounge area that all windows needed to stay open for our entire stay. The carpets were wet through the entire apartment like they had been steam cleaned minutes before our arrival. Left us wondering what the last person to use the room did in there.

off site reception 5 min drive away really weird have never had this issue before although this was emailed it was not mentioned while booking if you did not have a vehicle it would be VERY inconvenient tv reception no existent and no piont having it in the room
