Disappointing

الشكر فقط لموظف الاستقبال اشرف على حسن التعامل و الروح الطيبة و تسهيل تسجيل الدخول

لكن بعد اول ليلة سكن من اصل 5 ليالي اكتشفت عدة امور أولها سوء شديد في خدمة الغرف و بالخصوص ((النظافة)) النظافة النظافة

اولا في نفس الغرفة وجدت كسور في ارضية المروش وتجاهلت الامر كذلك روائح سيئة من المغسلة و منطقة الحمام و تجاهلت الامر كذلك روائح سيئة جدًا في مفرش السرير و المناشف و ايضًا عديت الامر كذلك مكينة القهوة متسخة جدًا و ينزل منها الماء باللون الاصفر المسود و سوف ارفق الصور بذلك بعد ذلك وجت عقب سيجارة بجانب السرير وهذا الذي لم استحمله و توجهت للاستقبال و واجهت الموظف المسؤول هناك و جعلته يعاين الصور و المشاكل التي حدثت لي ثم اعطاني احد حلين الاول ان يبدل الغرفة بغرفة اخرى من نفس الفئة لكن بدون اطلالة او يقوم ((بالتشديد على موظفي خدمة الغرف على تنظيف الغرفة )) وهذا ما وافقت عليه

بعد ذلك جئت للغرفة ووجدت الامور تقريبا كما هي عدا انهم بدلوا المناشف و رتبوا السرير فقط و قاموا بترتيب دورة المياه و المغسلة .. الروائح هي نفسها و كذلك لم يتم اضافة اي مناديل او غيره .. كذلك عند الطلب منهم يستغرق الامر من 15-20 دقيقة لتلبية الامر

للعلم .. من يعاني من دخول الإضاءة او ينزعج من النور عند النوم .. لا اعتقد ان هذا الفندق مناسب لك و توجد صور اضافية من نزلاء اخرين تبين كمية الإضاءة التي تدخل الغرفة في الصباح

واعتقد اغلب التقييمات تكون بسبب انه عند تسجيل الدخول يحاول الموظفين الضغط على النزيل للتقييم مقدمًا

اعتذر لكن حاولت التوصل لحل مع الادارة لكن لم اجد تجاوب

We had an amazing experience at Mondrian Doha. From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional. The hotel is stunning, with beautiful interiors and a luxurious atmosphere. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed, and the overall service was excellent. We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of our stay. We would definitely recommend Mondrian Doha to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in Doha.

Cons:

The only downside during our visit was the weather. The temperature was around 45°C, which made outdoor activities quite challenging, so we had to focus mostly on indoor activities. Thankfully, air conditioning was available everywhere, which made things much more comfortable. Because of the extreme heat, I would probably recommend visiting Doha during the cooler months for a better overall experience.

Nice Clean Hotel with a Lovely View
Pros:

The hotel location was amazing, the suite we had was HUGE.
the team at the breakfast buffet were kind engough to provide any order we wanted even if it was not available in the buffet. there is a mall exactly next to the hotel.
the area is not crowded and you can approach any destination easily

Cons:

the pool is at the roof top with covered glass dome, so due to the wind noise; the experience you will have while swimming is very bad and you will hear loud noises all the time which kills the enjoyment and gives you headache, literally like roller-coaster noise,
