受験前に親切にしていただき、とてもよかったです。
Pros:

受験での利用であることを予想し、広めのテーブルがあるお部屋に変更して下さいました。大変ありがたく、嬉しかったです。朝食ビュッフェがとてもセンス良く、パンもおいしく、よかったです。受験のためあまりゆっくりできなかったのが残念でした。週末のおやきも食べてみたいです。

Nice choice for spending a night in Nagano
Pros:

The location is unbeatable. The hotel is just across Nagano Station, which makes it very convenient to get to the hotel and move around the city.

Cons:

No water bottles were provided in the room, but there was a hot/cold water dispenser in the amenity corner of the floor. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but I was still able to get some sleep after a long day of traveling.

Pros:

This hotel is in a a very good location. It is walking distance from the train station. You can walk under the street and not get wet if it is raining.

Cons:

It's worth it to get a larger room there. The rooms are small which is typical for Japan, but there was not even enough room to open up your suitcase in the less expensive rooms.

Affordable and great location
Pros:

Amazing accomodation. Clean, good location, lovely staff, washing machine and drier available. Great surrounding food options. Very affordable for the standard of the hotel

Muy limpio, muy bien situado en frente de la estación de Nagano.

Cons:

El desayuno no está mal pero un poco justito. Echo de menos un poco de bollería y queso. Muy japonés.

The location was perfect for using trains and buses to get around and the staff was helpful with ou.
Pros:

Very convenient to transit hub. Very walkable to shopping and good restaurants.
Lots of options available at breakfast buffet. We appreciated the toiletries and travel items in the room and lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and guidance on trains and buses.

Cons:

The 3 person room was pretty tight.
