スタッフの対応が良いか、個人差があると思います。
チェックインの確認メールが送られてきましたが、前もって到着時間を伝えておいたのに、その内容が通ってないのか、とても疑問です。

The location was convenient and close to the train station. The check in process was smooth and done via machine. The staff were very helpful especially helping us with transferring our luggages to another city.
They provided clean towels everyday and did cleaning every 3rd day of our stay.
The floor in one of our rooms was bit sticky in some places and I found a glue on nail near the bed on our first day. The pillows are not comfortable unfortunately.
Beds were comfy. Good location. Clean. They took care of hours bags after check out.
Rooms are too small and the bathroom is weird, with a huge step to climb and get inside. hand washer and bath share the same hoze, which is weird and clunkly. Unnecessary. I also don't like that the check in is totally automated.
住宿位置十分方便，樓下對面就是超商，附近吃的很多到凌晨都還有營業。
空間確實偏小，可以住單人雙床，空間會比較大。

The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and the hotel had a lot of stuff that I wish other hotels had as well. Osaka Namba is my favorite place to stay in Japan.
The room, although tiny, was good enough. Nay, it was more than good enough. It had some pretty nice features and I felt safe in my room.i value that a lot.
The staff were perfect. They were helpful, kind, and very respectful. I have nothing bad to say about them.
I would love to come back to this hotel.
About the room, yeah, no. That was pretty nasty. Look, i know that this is a budget hotel, so I wasn't that shocked, but that doesn't mean I can ignore the stains on the walls, floors, tiles and ceilings. The bed was clean though, and that is the most important part. I mean, I don't sleep on walls.
What I also don't like is how the laundry machines, dryers and compactors only accept 100 yen coins. It would've been nice if other coins could be accepted or a bill converter was present. It was still nice to have those machines though.
The vending machine was also acting strange. It would not accept 500 yen coins despite the machine telling it does and pressing the buttons did not always work.
Another strange thing was the bathroom. It has a pretty high step and it felt... wobbly? I know that sounds strange, but it felt like I was moving nonstop every time I entered it.
Very convenient, near Namba stations 5 minutes walk, shopping malls and little street foods are around the hotel and mini mart is cross the street.
The standard room is very small for a couple.
