Pros:

The welcome, the service the facilities, comfort and location . All amazing.

The receptionist Phoenix (I think he was called) was amazing, such good customer service and lovely chat too. I would definitely stay here again if he’s behind the desk he was ace!

Perfect, covered everything we needed.
Pros:

Great hotel, with everything you need! The room was spacious, with plenty of plugs, lighting, a desk, sofa and telly; it felt like a studio apartment, and had all the necessary facilities. The main lobby also had a few kitchen items (food, etc) in case you forgot anything.

Cons:

I couldn't quite figure out how to cast from my phone to the television; it would have been good to watch my own streaming platforms. We also weren't sure on how to use some of the facilities, for example, the extractor fan. If there were stickers explaining how to use some of them, that would be great!

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

The apartment was just what I needed. There was a good amount of space and comfortable furnishings to make it feel like home. The bed was a good size and comfortable.

Cons:

When you opened the windows you heard the noise and kareoke but it is a city centre location and you have to expect that.
