Would stay again next time I'm in the area.
Pros:

Stayed in Smart Studio with view of river. Third stay here so must be good. Great location, facilities etc. as expected.

Cons:

Not cheap but with Newcastle at home, the marathon and it was May Bank holiday nowhere was!
Shower head had annoying drip but if you closed the bathroom door problem solved!

Perfect location, comfortable and with great facilities
Pros:

I repeatedly stay here due to the location, the facilities and the value. The staff are great and helpful.

Cons:

Some of the rooms are clearly in need of a touch up with a few minor things being noticed; scuffs on walls, bathroom grouting and worktops being worn. But these don’t detract from the overall value and facilities.

A haven of calm and quiet in the middle of the city!

Super consigliato!
Pros:

Pulito (aspetto da non sottovalutare in inghilterra), letto comodo, cornetti e caffè gratis la mattina, posizione centrale, staff accogliente, cucina in camera con tutto l occorrente e lavastoviglie. Dalla stanza si vedeva anche il ponte illuminato di sera e la doccia era fantastica grande e con dei semplici bottoni per azionarla

Cons:

L unica nota stonata è il parcheggio che abbiamo dovuto prenotarlo a circa 8 min a piedi, ma se non siete in macchina questo posto è perfetto. Nello stabile c è anche una lavasciuga a disposizione ma era occupata e piena di tipo panni per pulire e quindi ho desistito dall usarla.
