Close to hot spots. Clean room.
A bit long in the tooth. Could use some updates or refreshes. Parking was a bit confusing. Room was a bit “dungeonesque.”
Good location and overall good quality of the rooms and common spaces
My room did not have an exterior window; instead, the only window overlooked the reception corridor, which felt very strange and quite claustrophobic. I asked to be moved, explaining that the room made me feel claustrophobic and that I couldn't stay there, but I was told that no alternative rooms were available. While I understand that the hotel was fully booked, I do not think it is acceptable to offer rooms with no outside-facing window, especially when it was not indicated at the booking stage. The only other room available was one with no window at all, which is even worse.
에어컨의 갑작스런 고장으로 체인지룸을 요청했고 상황에 따라 변경이 가능하다고 통보받고 몇시만에 룸을 변경해주어서 좋았다. 또한 아침에 커피와 크로와상을 숙박하는 내내 재공되어서 좋았다.
