ロケーションや部屋自体は問題ないが、担当者が問題あり
Pros:

ロケーション、部屋の状態などはとても良かったです。
ただ、チェックインの方法が、担当者に電話→担当者が鍵を持ってくる→チェックインの流れなので
英語が話せない方にはハードルが高いです。

良くなかった点は、担当者との連絡がかみ合わなかったこと。
チェックインの時間は事前にメールで知らせていたのにも関わらず、1時間待たされました。
本来のチェックイン時間よりも早めに融通してくれたのでそれは良かったのですが、
事前にメールしていたのにそれを果たしてちゃんと確認しているのか疑問です。

また、チェックイン時にデポジットで現金を払ったのですが、返金しに来たのがチェックアウト先日の深夜24時・・・
最初は21～22時に来る（それでも遅すぎますが）と言っていたのに、結局24時に来ました。
翌日朝一のフライトだったので早く休みたかったのに、本当に迷惑でした。

Apartamento turistico con tasas de todo tipo
Pros:

Nos han pretendido cobrar mas del total contratado en Hoteles.com. No es un hotel es un apartamento turistico que se anuncia por un precio competitivo pero despues añade tasas de todo tipo como una de limpieza de habitación otra de entrega de llaves etc.
