A bit far from the center
Really enjoyed our stay in the Sorrento Hotel. All staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We very much appreciated our free upgrades and the rooms were spacious and comfortable; the bathrooms very smart! Breakfast and coffee was great! ( Next time will be trying the restaurant!) We enjoyed the walk into the city centre but it was only a £7 Uba if preferred. Free parking was a real bonus and helped us a lot. Perfect for our requirements.
We will definitely be booking again when in Cambridge.
Very helpfull staff & convenient generally comfortable room
unfortunatly woken early by very bright sun shining on my pillow for 30 mins, (seasonal problem for this room - and it was a rare sunny morning in May!) I mentioned on departure and suggested needs curtains lining
Evening in restaurant placed next to a very loud couple, who seemed to be friends of restauranteur, despite most other tables being empty. Meal otherwise good.
Great little boutique hotel on the outskirts of the city but still walkable to the city center. Good breakfast and restaurant on premises. Staff is very welcoming.
No a/c, but usually not an alarm due, we were there during a heatwave.
