Bit run down. Didn’t feel very clean
No water in the room. No biscuits with tea making facility
Big issue was the noise, even with ear plugs. Didn’t get to sleep until after 1am & because I had to be up to return to hospital by 8am I missed breakfast

Location to downtown was excellent. The #3 bus to downtown was literally right next door. In a very modest but quiet neighborhood. Exceptionally quiet. Staff too great pains to see that everything was proper. Even brought me a new TV to watch FIFA when the mounted one in the room went on the outs. Loved the security and having front desk staff evailabke into the wee hours of the evening. Room was spacious for the price and well appointed. Room for a desk and a wardrobe with room to spare. Nice modern bathroom. Very nice on site Italian restaraunt with outdoor patio. Nice English Breakfast provided in this very good room pricing
Water pressure in warm mode was very underwhelming. A small price to pay in a more vintage hotel for a great price

Quirky hotel with fantastic family-run restaurant. Comfortable & quiet. Great for access to city, university & hospital. Really friendly staff.
The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, food hot and readily available. Location was good too as the bus stop was outside of the hotel that took you into the centre within 10 minutes. Italian restaurant part of the hotel served fresh pasta and homemade pizza's.
Thd property was in good location and close to everything needed
The property had no air conditioning which meant the rooms were unbelievably hot too hot to bare had to request two fans
