Excellent family run hotel. We were staying following an emergency admission to Papworth hospital for my mum and the staff were so helpful. Very comfy beds, top quality food and good location. We have decided to use as our base over the next few weeks whilst mum is in hospital but we will definitely be back for a leisure stay too !

Great location, can walk to to Cambridge station in 20 mins with free parking. Evening meal in the Italian restaurant was fantastic too

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the bedroom and bathroom- bigger than I expected. Very clean . Great variety for breakfast. Perfect location walking distance from train station.

It was a little out of town but right by a bus stop.
Family run and they were very helpful.
Shower did not have very good pressure but it did the job.
The room was tidy and a decent size. The bubble bath and sauna in the room were very good facilities to have for not a lot extra.
The room was quite loud as it was attached to the alley for the back exit of the building and also next to the customer toilet for the restaurant so you could hear a lot of other customers noise.
The room was comfortable and clean and had plenty of drawers space and a nice big wardrobe. The television was big and had brilliant reception, also WiFi was good. The breakfast had plenty of choice and nothing was too much trouble, if there wasn't enough bacon, mushrooms etc. left then they would cook more fresh for you. The property was near to a bus stop so getting in and out of Cambridge was simple, (bus no. 3) we didn't have to use our car at all. There was a large carpark at the property which had CCTV. Also there was a Post Office maybe a hundred yards away so excellent for buying a morning paper. The restaurant at the property was lovely but be warned the pizzas are big!! we loved them. All the staff throughout were friendly and welcoming.
Sometimes you could hear guests and their television in the other room but it wasn't a major problem for us and besides which other guests might have hearing problems...who's to say! so it didn't have any major impact on the enjoyment of our stay.
Bed was confrmy and good location
Room very run down, lots of mold in the bathroom and in the toilet. Very dated.
