Pros:

Très bien situé car dans le centre historique. Logement propre et spacieux. Hôte serviable et réactif. Cuisine équipée et petit déjeuner à disposition. Possibilité de se faire du thé/café.

Cons:

Apparemment au rez-de-chaussée ce qui ne permet pas d'ouvrir une fenêtre (beaucoup de bruit provenant de la rue). Connexion Wi-Fi assez faible.

Rewelacyjne miejsce i cudowny host! 🤩 Właściciel niezwykle pomocny i zaangażowany – przez cały pobyt dopytywał, czy wszystko jest w porządku i czy czegoś nam nie potrzeba. Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie bardzo blisko. W pokoju czekało na nas pyszne, typowo włoskie śniadanie 😍, a w lodówce w części wspólnej zawsze były jogurty, woda i soczki. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Z całego serca polecamy! ❤️

Very cozy house. there are many old things. I was in winter, the apartment is warm. Self check-in and checkout. Close to the embankment and the city center (the beach is far away), restaurants and shops nearby. For breakfast there are cookies and yogurts, there are delicious coffee and tea, there is everything you need in the kitchen.

Pros:

Apartament blisko centrum, położony w typowej włoskiej uliczce. Bardzo urokliwy i klimatyczny. Gospodarz jest przez cały czas w kontakcie z wynajmującymi. Śniadania włoskie na słodko, kawa, herbata, jogurty, masełko, słodkie przekąski. To bardzo miły akcent bo na start nie trzeba szukać sklepu , zwłaszcza jak logowalismy się późnym wieczorem. Dostępne ogrzewanie, są grzejniki co wcale nie jest tak częste we Włoszech.
Serdecznie polecamy, to był bardzo miły czas w Brindisi.

Pros:

Ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο, η τοποθεσία φοβερή, αρκετά καθαρό και προσεγμένο το μπάνιο. Υπάρχει κοινή κουζίνα, πεντακάθαρη με αρκετά είδη για πρωινο. Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και υπήρχε αμεσότητα στην απάντηση μηνυμάτων.

Cons:

Είναι πολύ παλιά τα έπιπλα, και γενικά ο χώρος χρήζει από σημαντική ανακαίνιση, βέβαια ίσως να θέλουν να διατηρήσουν το παραδοσιακό και όλο το ιταλικό ταμπεραμέντο, είναι κάτι σε έμενα που δεν αρέσει.

Przyjmeny rodzinny pobyt w Brindisi
Pros:

The apartment is well located in the center of Brindisi, close to a bakery and a grocery store. It is equipped with a small kitchen and everything was clean and tidy. Communication with the host was very good. A sweet Italian-style breakfast was provided, which was a nice touch. However, it can be difficult to find parking in the area

Location centrale con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros:

Ottima location nel centro storico di Brindisi con facile accesso a luoghi di interesse artistico e al lungomare. Zona silenziosa in quanto isola pedonale. L'host Giuseppe è prodigo di consigli e di attenzioni. Buon livello di riscaldamento in camera. Cucina in comune ben accessoriata. Colazione self-service munita di tutti i prodotti necessari e di frigorifero (caffè da prepararsi con moka express). Connessione wifi di buona qualità.

Cons:

Purtroppo non vi sono finestre esterne nella camera da letto ma ciò viene ovviato da un paio di finestrelle poste in alto e apribili singolarmente tramite un sistema a leva manuale. Invece la cucina in comune gode di un'ampia porta-finestra che si apre direttamente sul vicoletto esterno (una grata protegge da possibili intrusioni).
