Schöner Kurzurlaub in Karlsruhe
Pros:

Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem schönen Hotel und sind sehr erfreut, dass der hohe Standard stets gehalten wird. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind allesamt freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerausstattung und Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Die liebevollen Gesten ( Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Kaffeemaschine und die kostenlose erste Füllung der Minibar) sind aus unserer Erfahrung nicht selbstverständlich und deshalb umso netter. Auch die Qualität des Frühstückes ist ausgezeichnet, eine sehr große und gute Auswahl an allen Dingen, die das Herz begehrt. Erwähnen möchte ich auch noch die sehr nette und kompetente Mannschaft der Bar.

Cons:

Diese Rubrik kann ich eigentlich nicht "bedienen". Das "Problem", dass die Gaststätte laut ist, hatte ich schon mehrmals erwähnt. Dieses Jahr hatten wir leider wieder ein Zimmer in der Nähe. Aber der Gaststättenlärm ist natürlich normal und das ist nur eine Randbemerkung.

Le calme , la proximité de tout , un petit déjeuner exceptionnel et le confort d’une très belle chambre ( suite junior )

Cons:

La barrière de la langue. Il faut absolument savoir parler allemand
