Zo exclusief werkelijk aan alles is gedacht! Wij hadden de zwembadsuite. Auto wordt netjes weggezet en ze weten precies welke auto bij jou hoort…deze is dan ook ontdaan van oude drankjes die er misschien nog instonden en wordt er vers meegegeven! Alles top…het ontbijt niet normaal!!!
Het zwembadje wat wij hadden was oud, koud en had zeer achterstallig onderhoud…maar we hadden er sowieso geen gebruik van gemaakt dus het maakte ons niet uit!

We only spent one night at Nobu Bay Ibiza but every part of our experience was really fantastic.
From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, it’s a five star experience. Staff are attentive and friendly, our suite was lovely, breakfast was exceptional and the Nobu restaurant experience was as good as ever.
We will stay here again.

I cancelled my reservation on 2 June, well within the stated cancellation policy, and was explicitly informed that my €150 deposit would be refunded within 5–7 working days. Despite this, more than 10 working days later, I still had not received my money.
What is most frustrating is not the amount itself, but the complete lack of professionalism in handling a very simple refund. I had to send multiple follow-up emails just to receive generic responses stating that the matter had been "escalated" to the finance department. No one could explain the delay, provide a timeline, or offer any concrete solution.
The hotel staff repeatedly acknowledged that the refund should have been processed, yet nothing happened. As a customer, I found myself spending far more time chasing a refund than should ever be necessary for a luxury hotel operating under the Nobu brand.
A premium hotel should deliver premium service not only when taking customers' money, but also when honouring its own cancellation and refund policies. Unfortunately, my experience demonstrated the opposite: poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure to follow through on commitments.
I expected much better from Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay and Beach Deck. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them and would think twice before making another reservation.
Highly recommend. Service really excellent. But the centre piece of their service is the guys behind the bar at Nobu. In the evening that place turns into one of the coolest spot in Ibiza. Take a seat at the (outside) bar and be taken care of by the excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff. (They even remember when you forget your cap the previous evening).

No choices of food .
On the 6th June I went out of the room at 11.45 in morning. I came back in the room at 6 pm and the room was not made ! Room n. 16.
Noone is able to explain what happens; now are 6.30 pm and no housekeeper is coming to made room !

Very disappointed with our stay.
We specifically requested a quiet room and were assured we had been allocated one, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.
The hotel feels extremely overpriced for the level of service provided. Almost everything comes at an extra charge, and the prices are hard to justify for what you receive.
Housekeeping was inconsistent – water, milk and other basics were not replenished and we repeatedly had to chase staff to have them replaced.
Our food order at the restaurant was incorrect, which was frustrating given the prices and reputation.
The spa experience was particularly disappointing. The massage felt rushed, and the therapist appeared unwell, sneezing and blowing her nose throughout the treatment, which was uncomfortable and far from relaxing.
Overall, this hotel is overrated and does not deliver the level of service you would expect for the price. There are far better options available. Save your money.
