Pros:

The room was at 98 degrees no air turned on for us on one of the hottest days of the year.

Cons:

The shower did not drain so your standing in dirty water so gross

Easy to find, close to our destination.
Excellent breakfast and cleanliness of area.

Cons:

Reserved a mobility accessible room, the room was mismarked and not handicapped accessible. Manager, Matthew, remedied the problem promptly. Great work, Matthew!

It wasn’t the best experience for a busy weekend.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The shower was not warm and would be cold at times. We were told we could hang out in the banquet room as we reserved it but then kept being told we had to leave. Also was tried to be charged again after I told front desk I paid online and had my email confirmation and also see another charge for $4.00 on my card and not sure what it’s for.

Unusual wall decor
Pros:

Icemaker on my floor not working. Minor inconvenience but my dil had her baby, so filled hers too. I dropped something on the floor near my bed and looking under the console and behind the mattress was shocked to find petrified vomit on the wall. This was addressed by housekeeping when I called in the morning but the manager of course could not be found to credit our bill.
