It wasn’t the best experience for a busy weekend.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The shower was not warm and would be cold at times. We were told we could hang out in the banquet room as we reserved it but then kept being told we had to leave. Also was tried to be charged again after I told front desk I paid online and had my email confirmation and also see another charge for $4.00 on my card and not sure what it’s for.

staff was friendly

Cons:

trash under bed from trash still in waste basket from previous people. facet In bathtub would not turn off all the way water dripped all night. reported to front desk at checkout hopefully it got cleaned throughly and repaired

Very bad!!!!
Pros:

Room was very noisy. There was no room service for clean toilets or making bed. The sink was plugged and water was very slow down the drain.Staff was not very helpful.

Bathroom was dirty. Water in bathroom was yellow and drained very slow in tub and sink. Bathroom floors were dirty. Floor boards in bathroom had a white dust. When we contacted the front desk they provided no explanation or even care to our issue. Yogurt in the provided breakfast was expired. I use holiday inn frequently but will not stay at this hotel again. I never write reviews, especially bad ones, but this stay was different, i felt dirty in my own room.

Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.
Pros:

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and apologetic for the circumstance—one of the only positive things we have to say about our experience. Conveniently located near complex and food.

Cons:

When we arrived, the lobby was super loud with obnoxious parents and kids so it was very, very hard to hear the person at the desk (not really something they can control but still very frustrating after a long day and at 8:30pm). We reserved a room with two queen beds: the first room we were given we went to and all the mattresses were stripped off the beds and sat up against the wall with linens lying in the bathroom. Proceeded back to the front desk where we were told there was no one to clean that room, the man could not leave the front desk, and unfortunately they did not have any more rooms with two queen beds but a room with a king bed and sofa sleeper. It wasn’t ideal but we could not cancel or we would lose all of our money and was not offered a discount or price adjustment. We got up to the room, I was looking forward to soaking in a tub to find there was only a walk-in shower. We pulled out the sofa sleeper for our daughter and found hard nut shell casings and candy under the sofa cushions. 🤮 Finally, we needed Ice for my daughter’s knee and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Went down to the front to find out if they had other machines and was told there was only one in the whole building that was working, the others were broken. This stay was really disappointing for having such a high rating and being conveniently located to the athletic facility we would be playing at. Next time, I will pay the extra money and go elsewhere. Also very surprising for a holiday inn.
