Personable, welcoming, and attentive, plus close enough to Crystal Hot Springs.
Pros:

The person at the front desk was so personable, welcoming, and accommodating. Two other staff were so attentive and went the extra mile (at breakfast and in passing in the elevator).

Cons:

There were a lot of semitrucks next door and made it harder to pull out and on the road in front.

It was just great!!!!!!!

Staff was great, they were friendly and the front desk and maintenance had a fantastic sense of humor.

It was perfect for us!
Pros:

Our room was a handicapped room. It was excellent. The shower had an addition shower head that was lower and there was a bench to sit on. The toilet was at the perfect height with assist bars in the correct locactions.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like about this hotel

Pros:

i was disappointed in the room there was no coffee maker i had to look all over for a glass there was nothing in the room that told you where anything was located or even what was available also i paid a 75 dolor fee some thing she told me that would be refunded when i checked out
