Pros:

C'est un petit hôtel modeste et sans prétention, mais avec un personnel formidable, très souriant et sympathique, toujours prêt à aider. Je recommande pour un séjour à Bafoussam !

Cons:

Peut-être juste un peu plus de variété dans les propositions de menu, mais la cuisine est très bonne et le jus d'ananas frais, un délice !

Adequate and functional for a budget price. Internet, hot water,aircon all worked and a tasy restaurant downstairs with reasonable prices.

Unprofessional/poor service/below per room & amenities
Pros:

One lady staff at the reception who was very helpful despite language barrier.

Cons:

Overpriced given the location, room standard, restaurant, overallfacilities with no swimming pool/gym and/spa. Its basic and should not warrant the rates of €83 per night b/b as the breakfast included tea, bread and omelette to order.
I had requested for check out date change but the hotel refused to do it over the platform, instead we calculated new price based on original price which was okay but the problem is Booking.com contacted me that the hotel informed them I had cancelled my reservation never mind I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood right next to the main road and not far from the city center. The staff is very nice.

Cons:

The room we had was small, cleanliness did not meet our expectations. It appeared ill-maintained. The TV did not work and the room phone did not work either.

roach motel

the coffee in the morning

Cons:

infested with roaches. the first room they gave me had them crawling in the bathroom mirror, under the sink and on the bathroom floor. I complained and asked to change. they said it was because of rainy season. it rains more than 75% of the year in Cameroon so this is not a good excuse. I walked into the 2nd room and went directly into the bathroom. l same thing!! roaches crawling on the mirror. I complained again and they brought out a huge can of roach spray. they showed me a 3rd room and no roaches visible at first. the sheets had stains on them , and there was a folded one on the shelf. I opened it up and a live roach fell out of it. disgusting place. there were only two hotels listing in booking.com for Bafoussam. this hotel really needs to fix this obvious infestation!!!

Pros:

First ,the hotel was a very bad place to stay
No water for the 2 days I was there and when I asked for explanation the owne treating my life and asked me to get out I left the hotel after just 2 days staying there
I need my refund à soon as possible please cause I my life was in danger
