Not as expected
Pros:

1) no access for vehicles to the hotel. Have to walk almost 2 km with your luggage to check in and same when you check out.
2) no lift. Difficult for elderly people to walk up to the top floors.
3) no heater.
4) credit card not accepted. Only cash.

5) Air conditioner not working well.
6) no comforter. Blanket n towels not as expected.

Pros:

We statyed in A1 room which had balcony with sea view.Its was such a delightful experience.

Cons:

Only one water bottle is complementary. Rest all we paid and that's not fair for the cost of hotel.

Pros:

Breakfast was fresh. Car cannot reach to the property but staff helps allout to bring the luggages. Rooms are not provided with tea kettle and bags. No supply of drinking water in the room. Wifi facility don't provide. Staffs are well behaved and cooperative but hospitality needs to be improved. More facilities to be rendered.

This was advertised as delux, no way. !! Sea view through a telescope. No fridge, no kettle. A small dingy room.

Good locatistaffed on sea front friendly helpful staff

Cons:

The towel were not made of towelling but some sort of nylon and you couldn't dry yourself on them we ended up using our beach towels
The bottom sheets were too short for the bed and made it uncomfortable to sleep
The fridge had seen better days and it was not somewhere you'd want to store any food stuff

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying a few days right on the beach. The staff were brilliant at communicating about our stay, and the rooms were simple, comfortable and clean. We were thrilled to have a sea view!
