Normally, everything is great, but not this time.
Pros:

Love the customer service at front desk and the Restaurant!

Cons:

The room was not very clean and had a musty smell. The bed was not comfortable.

Relaxing and comfortable here.
Pros:

The food at the restaurant was delicious and the chocolate cake “chocolate cheesecake“ was fabulous. We ate on the outside patio overlooking the water. It was a very nice location and close to everything.

One night stay for a family of 3
Pros:

We loved the hotel’s location and the beautiful view of the river. It was conveniently located close to downtown, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The riverfront setting was beautiful, and overall, we really appreciated the convenience and location of the hotel. We also appreciate the free zoo tickets that you receive when you stay there.

Cons:

One thing I wish I had known when booking is that reserving a room with a private patio or balcony does not necessarily guarantee an actual balcony. We were given a walkout patio on the ground floor, which was beautiful and still offered a view of the river, but the noise level was unbearable. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin, and we could hear people walking around upstairs. We also weren’t aware that some rooms are adjoining, and unfortunately, we were placed next to two couples who were drinking and making noise throughout the night, making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The rooms themselves are also quite small. Even with two queen beds, the room felt cramped for our family of three, and the bathroom was very small as well. The parking lot is extremely limited, so we had to park across the street from the hotel. Overall, was it worth the $100 we paid for one night? Yes. However, I personally wouldn’t pay much more than that. I would also only consider staying here again if I could specifically request a room on a higher floor with a balcony. The location and river views are wonderful, but the noise and room size definitely affected our overall experience.

Nice location, close to attractions, great views., staff was friendly and accommodating, food at the restaurant was good.

Cons:

The building we stayed in was older than the main building and was in serious need of updating. Laminate flooring was stained chipped and peeling on the edges, the faucet fixture in the bathroom sink was loose, bathroom countertop was old and stained, soap dispenser in the shower was broken, tile grout in the shower had black stains, our phone charger fell behind the bed we moved the bed out to retrieve it and found months maybe years worth of dust and debris accumulated behind the bed, need more electrical outlets near the bed for phone charging, door bottom threshold seal was worn out allowing bugs to get in, room window was dirty as were windows in the restaurant/bar area, Disneyland style wristband room keys were annoying.
