Didn’t like the secondary property across the street as it was quite dated. As the bathroom was dated, air conditioner loud, toilet ran all night and the too

I would absolutely stay here again!
Pros:

The hotel is walking distance to downtown and Just a Game fieldhouse. The pool was open which was awesome because it was early in the year but very nice out. I like that it has a bar and restaurant option as well! The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were also great to have. The view from the backside of the hotel can't be beat!

We'd be back!
Pros:

We got to stay in building C in #1608. We really liked the cabin feel of it. Being 30 weeks pregnant with luggage, it was very nice to pull up to the door to our room vs going up an elevator and taking a hike to the room. We were away from people and it was quiet and just peaceful. The beds were really surprisingly comfy too.

Cons:

We arrived early and did not expect Automotion traffic so I went in and asked if I could park there, even though I was early.
The younger woman was very kind and accommodating and said absolutely. The older woman was rather rude. I didn't know what an early check-in entailed, so I said we won't be going in the room, just parking and she said "obviously not, you're not going to know what room you're in until your actual check-in time". And just made a few comments like that. It was off putting and I'm glad we didn't stay in the actual main building because I didn't want to see her.

The location

Cons:

The staff at late night checking was short and rude but did honor the prick on booking that got cancelled. Also he said it was cancelled because card didn’t go through when they ran it. I told him that I locked it and on booking it had, “pay at property” option and he proceeded to tell me that was not true because they don’t allow that. It was a bit frustrating to hear him. Continue to argue with me when I know what option I clicked on my reservation on booking.com. Last thing I need is a rude staff after a 4 hr drive and a 10:30pm check-in.
