Cons:

La limpieza del baño y del cuarto estaba regular , el baño estaba muy percudido y el inodoro , mejor lo limpie con alcohol porque no se veía tan limpio como otras veces. Esta vez el tv no tenía opción de Internet

Great Location and Awesome Water Parks!
Pros:

Location was perfect! It was right next to the River Walk that leads to downtown Dells. We walked the River Walk to downtown and didn't have to worry about parking in downtown. Everywhere we visited was only about a 5-7min drive from the hotel. It was very clean, nice furniture, had very nice views, and the indoor pool, tub, and sauna were super nice! Beds were comfortable, nice big tv.; mini fridge and microwave were great. Onsite parking was free and they had additional parking accross the street. Super safe to walk at night.

Cleaning staff were super nice and attentive!! Thank you, Ninel for your help; you were super kind and sweet!

Absolutely loved Land of Natura water park. Just for that alone, it is worth staying here because you can go as many times as you want, which is included in your stay and they also cover all parking fees at their water parks.

Cons:

They are super strict with check-in/check out. We got there around 2p, and didnt accommodate us, but at least gave us extra 30mins to check-out. Our room did not have a hotel phone, so I had to google the front desk's phone number each time I had a question. The room feels very crowded with big, thick furniture items. It felt way too small. They could do a better job with positioning the furniture or picking furniture that's not too big in order to open up the room for more walking space. The front desk staff were very robotic-like... not rude, but not warm or welcoming either. They did not provide guidance about where to find WisDells tour deals.

I really liked where the hotel was located. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. It felt cozy and comfortable.

Cons:

The pool had too much chlorine. Our eyes were burning, and it was hard to breathe because of the strong chlorine smell. There was no way to get drinking water during the night. The hotel had only one washing machine and one dryer for all guests.

Fun stay, comfortable.
Pros:

Great location. To downtown it’s a short drive if you have toddlers, pay a few bucks to park and walk around.. or walk there!
Close to water parks. The inflatable place was super fun. Free parking over there too. It’s kind of a free for all, so be prepared.
Beds were one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on.. even compared to high end hotels.

Cons:

Agreed with someone else who said something about security. Just felt like maybe it could be a little better.
Elevator is slowwwwwww. Took the stairs almost everytime and it was faster and we were on the top floor.
Found crumbs between bunk bed and mattress.. feel like that could’ve been cleaned.
Bathroom is SMALL and Lights are DIM. But it’s fine for what it is.

Crazy Chaos
Pros:

Beautiful location, amenities, and perks (Land of Natura)

Cons:

Had the worst night in a hotel…There were individuals partying and running up and down the hallways and pounding in the room above us that it sounded as if they were going to come through the ceiling and it all lasted until nearly 4am!! Had to call security/front desk at 3am and also informed staff the next morning. Worst yet it appeared staff did not even care and just rolled it off as nothing and no one checked in with us following the call in the middle of the night. 4hrs of sleep and then rushed out by 10:30am after paying a chunk of money to stay there.

Property itself was a bit confusing to get around, laundry was out of service, room was small (bathroom was tiny would almost not be functional if guests were average to larger size, no place to get ready with a mirror, and sounded like was gonna fall through floor when in shower). If it wasn’t for location and beautiful view, It would have been miserable.

Great location and very good hotel.

Location is great and so is the view.

Cons:

Housekeeping service was not done when asked. Completed the next day but not good service. One of two beds made, and some garbage left on floor when taking out the bag.

Liked the area and hotel staff

Cons:

Balcony filled with spiderweb and bugs handles rusted and dirty we couldnt enjoy it, couldn't hang out our bathing suites to dry as when we did they were covered in spiders and other bugs. No phone in the room to contact front desk for towels or toilet paper always had to go down to the front desk. Last day we had a bunch of kids running the halls banging and kicking the doors. They were screaming and slamming doors. When I was about to go down and complain as again no phone in room decided to speak with their father and he didnt seem to care that his brats were being disrespectful. No shampoo, no body wash, no conditioner which is fine as I had my own but why have the dispenser if your cleaning staff isn't going to fill them.

View were great, but the rooms were not
Pros:

The staff was very nice. We ate at the restaurant and the food was great.

Cons:

The place is very run down and dirty. The guests in front of us complained about cobwebs and bugs in their bed and weren’t given a new room. Our shower and sink drain would back up every time we used it.

The bathroom in the lobby didn't flush the whole time we were there. The lights in the room didn't work correctly and the ac continued to shut off. Couldn't get clean towels. The guy at the desk said house keeping had been scarce lately.
