Great place to stay In Manila, I’ve visited and stayed at this hotel/location 3x’s this year already! Very convenient to shopping, safe and secure, within walking distance to nightclubs and restaurants, very helpful staff and 24/7 security guards that has a sense of humor that makes you feel safe and relaxed staying there. Overall this is a great place!!!!!

Clean. Nice staffs. Location is hard for taxi drivers to find. It’s better to tell the driver to drop you off at Robinsons mall (in Malate) which is about 300m away then walk to the hotel.

Spaciou, clean room - walk distance to plaza

This hotel has potential to be good. Whilst I knew it was coming - I don't like having to give a cash deposit of 1000phil £s - then when I got to the room - it was a damaged room - curtains ripped/broken, toilet flusher bearly hanging on, cushion with a stain and black marks on wall... once you get over that - the room is spacious, the air con is good and effective, the room is quiet and about 8 min walk to massive shopping plaza (Robinsons Mall) - about 25 min walk to marine park aquarium. Wifi was good. Shower was not so good - not much pressure - and was only cold water on one day. A little bit of care - and could be a much better experience, but overall a good room for the price. Also - tv is good - with english channels.

I like it. Its nice and clean. Its cheap. Bit I suggesst that they should a longer shower curtain so the water won’t go in the other sad of the bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay, however, did feel that some areas need to be improved or considered. 1) the shower was not ideal, 2) safe not working & 3) amenities not being available (iron).
