Go here if you have nowhere else to go; last resort situation.
Pros:

The property is close to a lot of things, and is very central. The staff were kind and quick with service.

Cons:

The bathrooms aren’t connected to the rooms, they smell really bad, the people were very loud, the room was gross, the room was cold, they don’t provide blankets, the roofs constantly had things hitting it ALL night, and the parking situation isn’t great.

Very frustrating staff that were not flexible and not on the same page. . V
Pros:

Once the mixups were behind us with the type of room we thought we booked and the zoo tickets were finally honored after 40 minutes, we had a good experience with the hotel. The pool and hot tub were very nice and bed and room was very comfortable!

Cons:

We had 2 bad experiences. 1) we were told by the hotel staff on the phone prior to booking that the zoo tickets that are included could be used the day after our stay. This was important because we were going for my son's treatment the next day and we needed to use the tickets the following day. When we arrived the worker, then supervisor would not honor what their employee told us. After 40 minutes of dealing with the staff and GM, they finally honored this. Then I saw all they did is hand write the date!! The 2nd issue is booking.com website looked like we were booking the treehouse and pictures revealed this. However, this was not the case and they wouldnt allow us to stay in the treehouse. We stayed in a normal hotel room.

Pros:

The value was great and the amenities were great. We really liked the natural waterfall swim area! My toddler loved it. The staff were great throughout our stay. Visiting the zoo for free was such a wonderful experience! The bed was so comfortable I wish it was mine at home!

Cons:

They closed the outdoor amenities earlier than the time posted outside. It would have been helpful if they kept it open until the time it showed.

The property was dirty and small

Cons:

The suggestive stains on the headboards right above our heads and the inability to accommodate my father in his wheelchair forcing him to have to hop off on his one leg and leave his wheelchair outside of the bathroom
