It was pretty average

It was close to where we needed to be

Cons:

The bed head was loose and kept falling onto us I. The bed. We couldn’t open the under ground carpark until later in the stay when we went down to the car. Then when we tried to leave it wouldn’t open either. Eventually (5 mins) my son got it too work. The kids swam in the pool which was quite dirty. Hair and food in it.

It was quite a disappointment, not coming back again

The location of the hotel is amazing, it is quiet and walking-distance to the beach and cafes.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement. We booked two separate two‑bedroom suites, and one of them had a very strong smell of urine when we first checked in (The other suite was fine). The odor was so overwhelming that it gave us headaches, and we struggled to sleep that night. We were scared to sit on the lounge or on the beds or leaving our items on the carpet, so worried that there is urine on them. We just couldn't rest or spend time in the room, it wasn't nice.
Later, we discovered mold in the washing machine. It was extremely unpleasant to open the laundry cabinet, even looking at it or taking a deep breath near it was unbearable. We reported the issue to a staff member, but were told that no cleaning staff were available due to the Easter holiday (a fully booked hotel but no cleaning staff??).
At the end, we just endure the odor because it was only two nights. But I will not book this hotel again.

Pros:

Room 906. Good size 2 bedroom room, good location. Close to everything. Nil issues with access. Parking allocated.

Cons:

More comfortable lounge seating would be better rather than 1x 2 seater lounge and 2 single cane chairs. Shower floor still had sand and something clearly dirty on it. Balcony still had sand on floor.

A great getaway!
Pros:

Excellent location. Once we parked the car, we didn't drive again until we left. Very walkable location.

Cons:

Wasn't able to check in earlier, in fact, couldn't check in until after 3pm. But they did agree to a later check out free of charge.

It was overall a good stay, Except for safety of my child as I can't lock the door from inside.
Pros:

The room was clean and I like that. Shampoo, conditioner and hand/body soap smells nice.

Cons:

Would it be nice if you have provided coffee or tea as complimentary. I cannot lock my doors from the inside and it is not safe for my child as he has Autism. I had to put the coffee table behind the door to make sure he won't be able to go out. I should have put that in my preference.

Close to the shops and beach, very good location.

Cons:

The parking wasn't great. The assigned parking underground is not designed for larger vehicles. It was OK for us but worth being aware if you're travelling in a ute. It's better than nothing, but I would book elsewhere if you need ample parking. Everything in this accommodation seems to be designed with space saving in mind. It all works, but it's just a little tight.

It was fine to stay as an overnight but I wouldn't want to spend more that a night here.
Pros:

Location was close to everything but there was absolutely no view from the small balcony which only overlooked multiple other apartments. The apartment albeit clean spent musty like it hadn't been used in a while and needed airing.

Cons:

The sofa was extremely uncomfortable and impactable and the room spelt musty and damp on arrival.
