Cons:

Cleanliness wasn’t very good. Found corn chips in lounge arms and dirty floor in bedroom (some swept under bed on carpet)

Extremely disappointing. Overpriced for what we got.
Pros:

It's in a great location. Very handy to everything and easy enough to access.
The room was a good size.

Cons:

Room wasn't exactly clean. Lots of dust around windows and on ledges. Latches on some of the windows were broken and were hard to close.
The floors were obviously just mopped before we arrived (2.00pm) which was good and bad. Ended up making dirty marks from our footprints. One of the toilets didn't flush properly and was basically not usable unless you wanted anyone else using the bathroom viewing your business.
The air conditioners didn't work and had a flashing fault light. When we contacted the number provided we were told nothing could be done until Monday... we were only staying Saturday night. We asked if we could be moved to another room and that couldn't be accommodated either. We were asked if we could "fiddle" with the controls and see if we could make it work. I Goggled the fault and found it was a major error with gas pressure. I rang back and asked if we could receive a discount on the room and was told someone would ring me back... that never happened.
To top it off... not even basic coffee making supplies. Won't be staying here again... overpriced for what we got.

Pros:

Location was good, one block back from the esplanade. Room spacious, clean with all amenities required, also having a carpark was good

Cons:

The outdoor pool area m, lounge chairs. Just not enough space to go swim and relax by the pool

Cons:

Lack of 2 hand body washes in both bathrooms. Not an expensive detail to fix considering the cost of 2 nights accommodation. There was some question as to whether the beds in the 2 nd bedroom had fresh sheets. Carpet in main bedroom was not clean looking and rug in living felt dirty. Unit smelt damp and waste water drains smelt
