Very upset, Receptionist very inexperienced
Pros:

2nd night stay very comfortable lovely room

Cons:

First night stay was a disaster, air conditioning was nonexistent as it had broken down, I was told maintenance staff could be there next day, very hot night we had no sleep and made me quit sick no air at all, the girl on reception should have moved us to another room but not interested in our situation, I should have been given another night stay no charge.

Wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

Run down. Lock on balcony door did not lock. Soft furnishings sofa, rug, carpet were dirty and stained.

Pros:

The location was great. Walking distance to a large children’s playground and cafes.

Cons:

When we first arrived, the apartment had a very strong bleach/cleaning product smell, which felt quite overpowering. The apartment itself was tidy, however the carpets and areas around the windows were dusty and could do with a more thorough clean. Unfortunately, we also experienced cockroaches during our stay.

The beds weren’t particularly comfortable, which made sleeping a bit difficult. Another concern for us was that the front door and balcony doors were not key-lockable from the inside. With young children, this meant we felt on high alert the entire time, so it may not be the most suitable option for families with little ones.

The apartment main bedroom also gets very hot with the morning sun which made it uncomfortable when getting ready. The kitchen could also do with more utensils and food preparation items.

Overall, the stay was okay and pleasant enough, but we don’t feel it reflected the price we paid.

They scam you $100 for using a towel and a sheet to keep warm out of the spare bedroom in your apartment that supposedly

Only given 1 set of keys for 3 people staying. Very small living space.
