Good value historic hotel
Pros:

A lovely old building. 24-hour front desk (we checked in after midnight). Generous balcony with our room. Breakfast included.

Cons:

Included breakfast was a bit basic. A trail of tiny ants going to the sugar.

Best place for every purpose.
Pros:

Everything is an incredible experience for us. They have Great staff, helpful, and kind treated us their best.
Also a great location, rooms are very clean. Great value for money

Cons:

Some bad smell comes around the corridors, need to maintain properly

Very easy to access , mid of the city and 1km from few tourist places like Gangaramaya temple & lotus tower.
Have cafe , resturant and bar within the hotel itself.
