The stay was not just disapponting, it was traumatic and stressful. Very bad experience.

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing and stressful.

The rooms allotted to us (114, 115, and 104) were very cramped and poorly maintained. Hygiene standards were far below expectations. The rooms had a persistent unpleasant odor, and the bathrooms were in particularly poor condition. Opening the windows was not a viable option due to the large number of mosquitoes and insects entering the room.

I was also dissatisfied with the service provided during my stay. Mr. Rexon from the hotel staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and did not make any effort to address our concerns. As a guest, I expected a basic level of professionalism and customer service, which was unfortunately lacking.

I would also like to highlight my experience with Priya from Treebo customer support. Despite explaining the issues multiple times, I felt that my concerns were not properly understood or addressed. No meaningful solution was provided, and the overall interaction was frustrating and disappointing.

The combination of unhygienic conditions, poor room quality, and unsatisfactory customer service made this a very unpleasant experience. Based on my experience, I would not choose this hotel again, nor would I consider booking through Treebo in the future and also would not recommend for other travelers

I intend to share this feedback on other platforms, including Treebo, Booking.com, and other travel review sites, so that other travelers can make informed decisions.
