Pros:

簡單素雅的乾淨酒店。走路或搭嘟嘟車去熱鬧的市鎮買東西吃飯都很方便，但酒店房間非常安靜，工作人員都很有才親切，樂意幫忙，整體住宿體驗很不錯！

Refused to pay me back after my initial booking was cancelled so I paid twice for one room. Very poor behaviour. Refused to answer all my emails as well.

Pros:

Spacious family room. Clean room even though the building is not new. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Location is great just 4 minutes walk to the restaurant that we like.

Cons:

Noise around the neighbourhood which can’t be avoided since the hotel is surrounded by houses and establishments

Its ok but nothing really special. It would be nice if the microwave is free for guest instead of paying 50 pesos per use. That is a rip-off for the guest especially for guest with kids.
