Disappointed- Shangrila loose its spark
Pros:

location is very well situated within the city most especially for business and quick bites. Shangrila have that beautiful signature smell.

Cons:

it didnt meet my expectation. Shangrila Yiwu's facility is old. the AC no matter how you turn it on until 16 degrees i think its maximum is at 22, I was sweating at night. when i use the bath tub- the shower part is broken. the front desk staff- doesnt even smile, doesnt even take your luggage to your room, no customer service. i once ask about the yiwu trade city to the young concierge, the lady send me to the boys where they dont speak english. i ended up walking infornt under the sun in a wrong place. not like the normal shangrila in Shanghai or other places ive visited. will not come back here again.
