Charming Inn Hotel

Da vi skulle sjekk inn så ble vi nektet nøkkel fordi dem forstod ikke at rommet var bestilt på Hotels.com. Måtte oversett kvitteringen til dem. På andre hoteller så er det bare å vise legitimasjon (pass).

The hotel is right accross the street from the beach with a very nice pool right in front. The building is only 5stories and has around 60 rooms. Most of the other hotels are much larger but don't have as good a proof mity to the beach.

Right on the beach. Close to the Holiday Inn where I had meetings.
Some faults with the room - toiletries limited, no hot water at hand basin, no exhaust fan in bathroom so mirror fogs up, A/C a bit noisy.
Restaurant quite limited. Pool water too warm

เคยมาพักเมื่อ 10 กว่าปีก่อน ชอบเพราะ ติดหาด วิ่งลงทะเลได้เลย ครั้งนั้น ห้องยังโล่งๆธรรมดาไม่มีสีสรร. ปัจจุบันทาสีใหม่และตกแต่งสวยงามทะนสมะย
ส่วนพนักงานยังน่ารักเช่นเดิมค่ะ
I used to be here 10 years ago.The price is a bit higher. The room is more clean . The staffs are nice and friendly.

立地は最高です。ビーチロードに面していてベランダから海も見渡せ、交通の便もとても良い。スタッフの人も充分な人数が配置されていて不自由を感じませんでした。部屋は広くてバスルームもとても清潔で掃除が行き届いていました。難を言えばベッド周りに電源コンセントが無いので少し不自由でした。下のレストランで食事をした時少し料理が出るまで時間がかかって残念でした。総合的に私はとても満足出来ました。

Good cheap hotel rooms are good bathroom needs updating but ok . Need kettle in rooms but cheap enough to get tea or coffee down stairs

The accommodation represented good value for money. It would have been worth paying extra for “a pool-sided, ocean view apartment”. Breakfast was also good value. Internet access via Wi-Fi was often unreliable or not available, which was blamed on the Internet Service Provider. I was forewarned by friends who have stayed at the hotel in recent years. Purchasing a mobile broadband SIM package on arrival at an airport in Thailand was a prudent decision and provided reliable Internet access when Wi-Fi was not available.

Location was good. Right on the beach. You cross the road and you are at the beach. We rented chairs at the beach and chilled there all day.

The receptionists are not so nice, if not downright rude (as described in other reviews), especially a lady and a guy. They could use some training. I was always respectful to them regardless of their behaviour but they didn't seem to care to provide good service. Even cleaning staff are much nicer than them!

Pool was closed at 10pm. So we had to use the pool at A-one hotel which is right beside this one for late night pool-side hangout.

Overall, it was ok given the price. Should replace/train the receptionists.

Der Gast muss dort freundlich sein, da er in diesem Hotel übernachten darf. Lage ist sehr gut. WC Dusche sehr alt, das Wasser bei der Dusche lauwarm. Grosse Balkon. Das Zimmer sauber.
