Slow check in service
Pros:

The check in service was poor. The white haired lady was extremely slow in checking guests in. We waited for awhile to just get our keys. She would tell the guests to leave the counter area because she didn’t like having lots of people around her. My mother, our family friend, myself and other customers experienced extremely slow and inefficient service at the front desk. The room is lovely but the check in was definitely a test of our patience.

Hotel in palazzo storico con interni ristrutturati. Davvero peccato per la sporcizia della piazza antistante e delle vie

Posizione ottima, proprio sulla rambla.
La stanza sempre pulitissima e spaziosa.
La colazione molto buona e lo staff sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora!

Cons:

La piazza in cui si trova l’hotel è un po’ sporca ma questo purtroppo non dipende da loro!

Pros:

La atencion y la asesoria del personal de recepcion fue excelente. Nos ayudaron un monton. Tambien nos guardaron las maletas hasta que salio el avion, a pesar que ya habiamos hecho el check out!
