Not for me; if you're white, all good!
Pros:

Great value! Room was nice and the facilities are nice!

Cons:

Check in at around 9pm wasn't pleasant. I always try my best to make it easier for all, but I just don't speak French and the whole process was off. I felt uncomfortable for not being French or "European" for the French owners who received me. It was fine, but I felt profiled and I just wouldn't stay here again.

Un superbe séjour
Pros:

La sympathie des propriétaires, le lieu très cosy avec sa superbe piscine, possibilité de réserver des scooters sur place. Possibilité de prendre petit déjeuner sur place et aussi de manger sur place soit en faisant sa cuisine soit en se faisant livrer

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und man hat sich willkommen gefühlt. Alles war sauber und die Anlage auch mit Liebe gestaltet. Das absolute Highlight war der Pool und die Rutsche...und vor allem dass der Pool rundum geöffnet hatte!

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Samui Zenity. The pool and common area were great and the room was clean and comfortable. We’d definitely stay there again when we visit Samui in the future!

A great place for families!
Pros:

This property is awesome and we are already nostalgic about it after we left a few weeks ago. The apartment is HUGE - pictures don’t do it justice. The staff are great - helped us book excursions and got discounts for us. Pool and slide are a great time. This property is excellent for families!

Cons:

We only had 2 small gripes - the location is a bit out of the way, but they run a shuttle several times a day that gets you easily into town and the beach. No problem if you plan your days around it. Other small issue was the AC in the living room wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t an issue for us and we stayed there 10 days. Would absolutely stay here again!

Tout etait parfait, le logement super confortable et très spacieux avec terrasse et accès direct à la piscine. Propreté irréprochable . Navette plage ou ville et accueil sympa à notre écoute

Pros:

The owners of this hotel are so nice & so friendly. Also there dog is beautiful.
Pool are is lovely & I love the communal area were you can cook for yourself if you like.
Only 15 mins by bike to Fisherman's village.
The owners also run a suttle bus to the beach which is great.

Cons:

I wish there was a 7 Eleven in walking distance.
