klimalar çalışmadı 2 gün. ücret iadesi istedim kabul etmediler. sonradan 48 saat içinde iade yapacağız dediler ama biz ülkemize döndük inandırıcı değildi söylemleri. bir de tutulan oda ile kaldığımız oda arasında fark vardı. tatilim zaten 3 gündü 1. günün ortasında 3 saat polisi de bekleyip gelmelerine rağmen hiç bir konuyu çözmek istemediler. bu kadar para veriyoruz tuttuğumuz sözleşme şartlarına uymayan otel bize para iadesi yapmadı.

Old windows that don't seal when closed, (they close with a snib that would generally be used on a bathroom door) so the noise was constant throughout the night, then the bin men from 6am every morning

Pros:

Sono già stata in questo hotel nel 2023, e l'ho ri-scelto per la comodità/posizione strategica. Facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto con l'areobus, a due minuti a piedi c'è una fermata della metro molto comoda ed è situato a 5 min sempre a piedi dal quartiere gotico. Il personale alla reception è molto disponibile e praticamente presente h24, le camere sono buone e abbiamo sempre trovato pulito. Lo consiglio in particolare per la posizione, comoda un po' a tutto :)

Cons:

Unico lato un po' negativo non è legato all'hotel di per sè, ma la zona in cui si trova. Essendo locato sulla Rambla non consiglio di stare nei dintorni per pranzi/cene (molti ristornati in quella zona sono trappole per turisti). Ma dall'hotel ci si sposta facilmente verso quartieri più carini da visitare e con ristoranti un po' più da locals.
