Pulizia e gestione della camera decisamente deludente
Pros:

L'hotel si trova a pochissimi passi dalla Rambla ed è molto vicino ai mezzi di trasporto, quindi comodissimo per spostarsi e raggiungere facilmente le principali zone di Barcellona.

Cons:

L’aspetto che ci ha deluso maggiormente è stata la gestione della pulizia della camera. Ogni mattina, prima di uscire, lasciavamo regolarmente il cartellino per richiedere la pulizia, prevista dalla nostra prenotazione. Tuttavia, il servizio consisteva praticamente solo nel rifare i letti e, in alcuni giorni, sostituire qualche asciugamano. Non venivano puliti né il pavimento né la zona del lavabo e del bagno.

La prima sera abbiamo utilizzato le tazze presenti in camera per il caffè e i bicchieri del bagno: sono rimasti sporchi esattamente nello stesso posto per tutta la durata del soggiorno, senza essere mai sostituiti o puliti. Una sera avevo bisogno di un bicchiere per assumere una medicina e, non potendo utilizzare quelli sporchi lasciati in camera, sono andata in reception a chiederne uno. Mi è stato risposto che non avevano a disposizione alcun bicchiere, né di plastica né di vetro, nonostante avessi spiegato la situazione.

In un’altra occasione la camera è stata semplicemente riordinata rifacendo i letti, senza sostituire gli asciugamani e senza lasciare nemmeno la carta igienica. Essendo in tre, siamo dovuti andare personalmente in reception a richiederla e ci è stato consegnato un solo rotolo. Anche la dotazione degli asciugamani era sempre ridotta al minimo indispensabile.

Segnalo infine, anche se per noi è stato un aspetto decisamente secondario rispetto alla pulizia, l’atteggiamento piuttosto freddo e poco disponibile di una ragazza alla reception. Nonostante ci rivolgessimo a lei in spagnolo in maniera chiara, spesso rispondeva semplicemente con gesti o con brevi sì/no, senza particolare disponibilità al dialogo.

Nel complesso, considerando che si tratta di un hotel e che la pulizia giornaliera della camera era prevista, ci saremmo aspettati sicuramente maggiore attenzione, soprattutto per gli aspetti igienici e per il rifornimento dei servizi essenziali.
