Pros:

Stayed in one of the top rooms which was roomy and spotlessly clean. Great addition was the cereal/snacks/drinks available in the front room. Close to the century of Bridlington and the Spa.

Pros:

The hotel was excellent, it was very clean, the beds really comfortable, it's just a 5 minute walk to the beach and town center. The snacks in the living room was really appreciated as I had my grandson with me, he also had cereal for breakfast all included in the price, will definitely book this hotel next time we're in bridlington.

Great little hotel
Pros:

Emma was nice and helpful.free drinks ,crisps and cereals if you wanted we have stayed a few times and would defo reccomend and stay again.

Good value hotel near the beach and theatre
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Warm comfortable room. Loved the snacks, drinks and breakfast options provided for free by the owner.

Cons:

TV wouldn’t work on BBC 1 and 2.

It was clean, the lady was helpful and there was even bottles of water and snacks in the lounge which was a lovely touch as we were out before 6 both mornings.

Pros:

Booked for a father and son seaside fun holiday .the accommodation was spot on.myself and Leon was made very welcome. Booked a extra night Emma was so helpful. Helped us with places to visit .Leon had a amazing time perfect location fir the beach..would definitely book again great family hotel thank you Emma fir helping making our seaside holiday perfect. Rob Winton and Leon.

Breakfast was not included in, but pickie bit was there. Bedroom was small and undated. Bed was real uncomfy slight movement on or in bed squeaked horribley

We have stopped at South dene many of times in different rooms all nice and clean comfortable every thing you need is in the rooms staff are excellent quite on a night also very close to South Beach 5 minutes walk in to center
