La gentillesse du personnel ainsi que la proximité du golf
Il faut jongler avec les intempéries...c'est le pays basque 😉
Sehr gutes Frühstück (Buffet), bei dem immer frisch nachgelegt wurde; Haus mit Flair (sehr schöne offene Eingangshalle), sehr gemütliche Terrasse mit Brunnen, auf der man auch frühstücken konnte, Schwimmbad, nettes Personal. Gute Lage für Unternehmungen (Wandern in Pyrenäen, Ausflüge nach San Sebastian oder Biarritz, Bayonne, Espelette etc)
Die Entfernung bis zum Zentrum von St Jean de Luz (und Strand) ist schon recht lang, aber entlang der Nivelle schön zu laufen ( ca 30 min), die Straße vor dem Hotel ist tagsüber gut frequentiert.
Très bel hôtel ! Très charmant, avec un bel extérieur très agréable ! Personnel très serviable, notre chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet établissement !

Chambre spacieuse. Belle salle de bains. Jardin agréable
Lit trop petit en longueur. Bruit continu de la route. On entendait un enfant dans la chambre au-dessus. On entendait aussi la baignoire qui se vide. Accès dangereux depuis le parking situé de l'autre côté d'une route à forte circulation. L'hôtel est trop loin du centre-ville pour y aller à pied et il est très difficile de trouver une place de parking. L'ameublement de la chambre manque de style: mélange de meubles blancs et bruns. Ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles.
Déco jardin et piscine isolée
Très bruyant. Pas d'isolation avec chambres voisines. Bruits d'eau à minuit. Et la chambre ne correspond pas au tarif demandé.

misschien wat ver van het centrum… maar je kan fietsen huren ter plekke en dat maakt het heel goed

Excellent en tous points
Meget autentisk oplevelse. Stemningsfyldt ældre hotel meget forskelligt fra de fleste moderne indrettede hoteller i den dyrere ende. Smuk gammel have med dejlig udendørs gårdhave. Dejlig rolig beliggenhed. Utrolig venligt og imødekommende personale.

El espacio y el personal son excepcionales. Es un sitio tranquilo donde quedarse si se visita San Juan de Luz y no se quiere tener el bullicio del centro. Perfecto para viajar con mascotas.
Bueno, es una crítica menor, pero el hotel está un poco viejo en algunas partes.
