El espacio y el personal son excepcionales. Es un sitio tranquilo donde quedarse si se visita San Juan de Luz y no se quiere tener el bullicio del centro. Perfecto para viajar con mascotas.
Bueno, es una crítica menor, pero el hotel está un poco viejo en algunas partes.
Laute Lage an der Landstraße, sehr laute Dudelmusik im Garten und Lobby, bis ins Zimmer zu hören. Früh morgens und den Tag über, einmal ab fünf Uhr, Laubbläser. Bar ab 23 Uhr geschlossen. Passt nicht zum Preis

les repas du bar à tapas au top et un personnel à l' écoute et très accueillant
le bruit de la route à l'extérieur. en effet, l'hôtel est entre deux routes. dans l'hôtel aucun bruit mais à l' extérieur ce n'est pas agréable d'entendre les voitures

Zum Duschen muss man in die Badewanne steigen - für ältere Personen schwierig
Einrichtung zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Tout était magnifique, du cadre aux prestations. L'hôtel est superbe, très bien entretenu, d'une propreté irréprochable et entouré de magnifiques fleurs qui rendent le lieu encore plus agréable. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours souriant, accueillant et aux petits soins. On s'y sent immédiatement bien. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
