Horrible Experience - Stay Away!
Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. We had booked two deluxe quadruple rooms, expecting a comfortable stay, but what we encountered was shocking. One of the rooms was completely uninhabitable due to a cockroach infestation, forcing all four of us to cram into the other room.
Even the room we stayed in was in terrible condition:
1. The toilet seats were filthy and clearly not cleaned.
2. The bedsheets had hair on them, showing a complete lack of hygiene.
3. The room was extremely smelly, making it uncomfortable to stay in.
4. To make things worse, the flush didn’t work, and we had to use the bathroom in another room.
We tried reaching out to the hotel staff for assistance, but no one responded to our requests. The level of neglect and lack of basic hygiene was shocking for a property claiming to offer “deluxe” accommodations.
This was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever experienced. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and strongly urge others to avoid it at all costs.

Most dirty 3star hotel i ever stayed. I would expect Expedia to have standard hotels in listings.
We were denied our one night stay and told that we could not stay in the same room - we are a racially mixed /not married couple. No where in their description of the hotel did they state “ no unmarried couples.” And they flatly refused to give us a reason we could not share the same room.
Instead, they claimed that they did not receive payment from Expedia even though the booking was confirmed by Expedia. I showed the manager of hotel my bank account showing the payment for the booking, along with the booking confirmation.
But still he claimed they did not receive the payment, nor did he make any attempt to contact Expedia stating it wasn’t his problem, nor could he do anything about it.
I have never had a problem with my previous Expedia booking confirmations in India.
These companies will not accept third-party reservations and will not accept reservations made through EXPEDIA.com. To understand the situation with the current reservation, I had a bad experience with customer service and reception. This was my bad experience, and they are refusing to refund the money for the reservation we made through "Expedia."
Expedia has the most stringent refund policies.
Rooms are very small size, Brake fast poor quality.Housekeeping poor. I do not recommend others to stay there.
