Will definitely return! All around great atmosphere and lovely staff.
Pros:

It’s in a nice quiet area of the island. You get the cozy feeling, whilst being 15 minutes from Palma by car. The property itself was very welcoming and home like feeling.

Wil je tot rust komen? Dan beveel ik dit fijne hotel zeker aan!

De rust.
Goed parkeren. (Auto wel nodig om hier te komen)
Kleinschalig.
15 minuten van Palma. En centraal tov andere uitvalswegen.
Mooi aangelegd terrein en zwembad.
Heerlijk ontbijt met liefde klaar gemaakt.
Fijne kamer en badkamer met airco.

Cons:

Prijzen van de drankjes behoorlijk duur
Jammer dat je voor een extra item bij het ontbijt bij moet betalen.

Pros:

Le lieu est beau, les chambres correspondent à la description MAIS plusieurs points négatifs à noter !

Cons:

Plusieurs mécontentements qui ne reflètent pas le tarif à la nuit :

- Chambre avec la couverture de lit très sale avec en plus de ça des cheveux sur le drap, un noyau de fruit pourri retrouvé sur la tête du lit qui a laissé une odeur étrange à notre arrivée. -> ne donne clairement pas envie de dormir sur place
- Équipe peu disponible ; personne pour vous accueillir au delà de 13h30, le check-in se fait en autonomie, ce qui est assez surprenant notamment du prix payé/ nuit.
- Équipe peu conciliante vis à vis de la situation avec aucune compensation (financière ou autre) proposée en dédommagement du manque d’hygiène.

Je suis donc assez mitigé sur cet hôtel car la qualité de service et l’hygiène de ma chambre n’ont clairement pas été au RDV par rapport au standing de l’hôtel et à mes attentes.

Pros:

una pequeña joya rural, situada a pocos minutos conduciendo de Palma. La piscina y el jardín son oasis de paz, el desayuno muy rico y bien organizado. La estructura cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios y el personal es muy agradable. Volveré.
