שהיינו בוילה שהיתה מעוצבת להפליא נקייה ועם כל הפינוקים שצריך מבחינת ציוד ואבזור כולל כלים יפיפיים שהתאימו לעיצוב הטוסקני וגם לא חסכו במגבות רבות וחלוק לכל אורח
ארוחת הבוקר היתה עשירה וטעימה והצוות היה מקסים
בריכות הספא היו סבירות
לא ברמה שזכרנו מהשהות הראשונה שלנו במלון לפני כחמש שנים - כדאי לשדרג

Forse era una giornata sbagliata ma avevo prenotato una doppia e mi hanno dato un letto singolo piccolo anche per chi è di statura media, sono entrati in camera la mattina mentre mi stavo cambiando senza nemmeno bussare, ho ordinato la cena in camera e nn mi hanno portato il pane così ho chiamato la reception ma il pane nn è mai arrivato…
Bellissimo soggiorno, anche se di una sola notte. Nessun problema con i nostri cani, cena ottima , ottima colazione e piscine piacevoli. Forse anche perchè in bassa stagione ed in un giorno feriale , ma siamo stati davvero bene.

Hotel molto bello, camera confortevole con una bella vista sulle vasche.

Il ristorante interno di livello.
L’unico appunto che posso fare é sui tempi di check in-chek out (15pm-11 am) che riducono il tempo da trascorrere nell’hotel e nella spa a meno di 24 ore.

Luogo magnifico, la spa è davvero bellissima e rilassante. Siamo tornati qui a distanza di un anno e abbiamo potuto constatare tante migliorie. Avevamo la mezza pensione e abbiamo potuto cenare nel ristorante all’interno dell’albergo dove abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene. Complimenti allo staff sia della spa che del ristorante, sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili
Andrebbe fatto qualche piccola manutenzione nella zona delle vasche.

La posizione, il ristorante e la qualità della colazione
Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di ristrutturazione. Nella doccia il miscelatore invertito tra caldo e freddo e il rubinetto del bidet con getto da lavandino e non da bidet. Piccoli dettagli inaccettabili in un 4 stelle. La piscina termale piccola e nessun controllo delle regole con personale inesistente. (Molti uomini senza cuffia e lettini occupati contrariamente alle regole prescritte).
Me and my boyfriend spent a couple of days there, perfect spot for a full recovery from the stresfull city life. We needed a place with the best spa, food, and rooms. The only downside? Two days is too short!
