A nice if brief stay
Pros:

We stayed in the lovely annex - the Locanda della Loggiato. Beautiful room with access to all the main hotel's services.

One minor gripe. I ordered a glass of wine on the terrace. The price was on a blackboard next to my table. I was charged a higher price, with the argument that the price on the hotel's wine-list was higher. I had to argue with the waiter, and call the supervisor, for them to concede. The difference was small, but blaming a client for the hotel's mistake strikes me as unfortunate.

Pros:

L'albergo, che si affaccia sulla piazza prinicpale di Bagno Vignoni, ha camere estremamente pulite e confortevoli, accessoriate anche con tutto l'occorrente per la SPA. Colazione superba sia dolce che salata con ottimi prodotti del territorio.

Pros:

L'albergo si trova in una posizione incantevole e unica. La sua posizione è spettacolare ! La zona relax /spa anche se abbastanza piccola permette di rilassarsi in tranquillità. Il ristorante Tramanda' è davvero di livello !! La cantina dei vini molto varia . La colazione buona e abbondante con tanti prodotti del terittorio(salame,pecorino, burrata ,olio etc)

Solo critiche "con affetto"...
Pros:

Tutto bello, elegante, raffinato..Devo solo fare piccoli appunti per rendere questa struttura veramente al top. Cibo ottimo. Servizi soddisfacenti. Posto incantevole.

Cons:

I letti hanno i materassi un pochino duri.Consiglierei di mettere un topper per i clienti abituati a dormire su letti piú morbidi.
Un solo ascensore per una struttura cosí ampia secondo me non va bene.Anche perchè nei mesi caldi i clienti aumentano e servirebbe un ascensore solo per i clienti e un altro ascensore solo per chi si occupa dei servizi dell'hotel.
All'ultimo piano dove si trova il Solarium non è il caso di adibire una zona massaggi.Io ero al terzo piano e sopra avevo questa room rumorosa e molto frequentata per cui la pace a volte non era contemplata.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay, staff was nice and helpful, food delicious.
Bagno Vignoni is a small jewel set in the beautiful Val d'Orcia.
Definitely a travel destination.
