Due to the poor couldn’t care less attitude would not recommend
Cons:

Air Conditioning not working
wasn’t told before hand ,turns out we were not the only guests without Air Con
Staff couldn’t help no maintenance team on site really poor communication ,didn’t seem bothered at all

Une super adresse: à deux pas du métro dans un quartier sympa .
Pros:

Son emplacement juste à côté du métro et à dix minutes à pied de Tower Bridge. Le rooftop bar et le personnel accueillant à la réception . Lit très confortable . Supermarché proche.

Cons:

La taille de la chambre plus petite qu’un hôtel Premier Inn.

Pros:

L’établissement est très bien placé. Juste à côté de la station de métro Aldgate qui dessert toutes les lignes et proche des attractions comme Tower Bridge et la City de Londres.
Le personnel est attentif et poli.
La chambre était propre, spacieuse, bien équipée et très bien insonorisée ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas à Londres, loin de la. Petit restaurant sympa, roof top génial. Mais la vraie bonne surprise c’est qu’ils m’ont permis de faire mon Check in à midi alors que contractuellement ce n’est qu’à partir de 15h.
Le genre d’attention qui est tes appréciable!
A la base je souhaitais juste de déposer mes bagages, ce qui est possible le jour de votre arrivée et le jour de votre départ gratuitement. Top.

Konumu odası manzarası yatağı çok güzeldi banyo ve odada kahve makinası su olması da çok güzeldi
Valizi de check out sonrası bırakabiliyorsunuz

Cons:

Bookinde 19 bin tl olan fiyatı otelde ödersen 23 bin olarak aldılar sorunda da bir gün sonrasında fiyat değişiyor gibi saçma bi bahane söylediler otele geç giriş yaptım diye mecbur kalmak zorunda kaldım

Cons:

Le monde à cause du rooftop les ascenseurs étaient surchargés des videurs aux portes de l'hôtel, et qui empêchent la fermeture des portes de l'ascenseur pour faire monter des gens au 13 étages.

Für einen Städtetrip sehr gut geeignet.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sauberes und funktionales Zimmer. Die Anbindung an die U-Bahn war perfekt.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig. Hat uns aber nicht gestört, da die Wetterverhältnisse noch entsprechend waren.
Im Bad und im Zimmer fehlen Haken.

Overnight in London
Pros:

It was so handy next to Aldgate underground station and only 10 minutes walk to Liverpool Street station.
Lovely hotel, rooms great but next time I would ask for a lower floor as I don't like heights, but that's just me!
Super bathroom, coffee machine and kettle.
Bedlinen excellent.

Cons:

Only 11th floor, but again that's me!

Hotel is generally good

Cons:

Staff during breakfast hours were very rude and almost not educated. One person of the staff stepped on my foot, and apologised only when I looked at her very surprised to not receive an apology. So her apologised were so disdainful, and just a the moment she walked passed me, leaving the table, she said something loud enough for me to hear, in another language. Needless to say that It feels like i was getting insulted.
