Preis-/Leistung passt aus meiner Sicht nicht.
Pros:

Grundsätzlich die Lage ist gut, Tower / Tower Bridge / Shard etc. gut zu Fuß erreichbar 15-40min zu Fuß. Das Personal war freundlich

Cons:

Zimmer in Realität kleiner als auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Haben ein 2 Bett Zimmer gebucht, allerdings war es ein ganz normales Doppelbett mit 2 Decken (das war nicht die Intention, warum wir ein 2-Bett Zimmer gebucht hatten). Ausstattung leider nicht auf dem neues Stand, z.B. keine USB Charger vorhanden (dafür ein Ladekabel für einen alten Ipod?!) Klimaanalage ist sehr kalt (auch wenn man es wärmer einstellt) und ohne ist die Luft eine Katastrophe. Fehlende Klobürste (was ich nie verstehen werde). Haben auch das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, was ich jetzt nicht wirklich verstanden habe, was der Unterschied am Ende ist. Die Rooftop Bar ist erst ab 16 Uhr geöffnet, nur durch die Treppe zu erreichen und die Preise sind mehr als fancy. Aufzüge brauchen teilweise sehr lange. Da auch einer Kaputt ist (scheint wohl schon länger so zu sein) Dazu hatten wir etwas pech das ausgrechnet an diesem Wochenende die anliegende Metrostation geschlossen war...

Midden in de nacht letterlijk en figuurlijk in de kou gestaan
Cons:

Van vrijdag- op zaterdagnacht ging het brandalarm midden in de nacht af (rond 2 uur). We hebben bijna een uur buiten gestaan in de kou. Het hotel liet het helaas afweten. Er kwam geen informatie en het hotel heeft niet laten weten wat de oorzaak was. Ze vertelden dat het nog in onderzoek was. Het hotel heeft helaas ook niks geregeld voor de mensen die een uur buiten hebben moeten wachten. Het kan natuurlijk zijn dat er iets onverwachts gebeurd, maar het hotel liet de gasten helaas letterlijk en figuurlijk in de kou staan. Zou er daarom niet nog een keer boeken.
