I asked for 2 menu del Dias meals, at €22.50 a head , on check out ,I was charged € 80 euros for the meal.
I was not listed too , by the staff.
Just try to rob off 2 pensioners.
Very disappointed, as I’ve stayed at this hotel , many times.

Lugar tranquilo, muy bien cuidado y con un personal muy amable. A pie se encuentra a 30 minutos de la Catedral y en coche a solo 7 minutos; aun así, el camino es cómodo y fácil de llegar

Cargos incorrectos
Cons:

Al salir, temprano por la mañana, tuvimos que pagar nuestra noche. Pero se nos añadió un cargo 17€ del restaurante que nosotros NO hicimos. El chico que nos atendió por la mañana nos trató bastante mal. Le dijimos que era un error, le enseñamos una fractura de la noche anterior de donde cenamos (20 minutos antes de los 17€ en el restaurante, y se tardan 30 minutos para ir desde el centro) y no nos quiso escuchar. Dijo que no estabamos diciendo la verdad y que no abriria la puerta sin pagar esos 17€. Ademas, no nos dijo lo que podíamos hacer en estos casos (ni llamar más tarde, revisar camaras, ni nada) solo se limitó a leer lo que estaba escrito en el ordenador. Incluso llegó a mentir para pretender tener razón, porque dijo que en el restaurante se pide el numero de la habitación y el nombre de la persona que se hospeda cuando no es verdad, solo se pide la habitación.

Al final, llamé a las 7 de la mañana, y la persona que respondió nos solucionó el problema tres horas más tarde. Pero creo que el comportamiento y la poca ayuda de la persona que nos atendió primero no fue la correcta.

En cualquier caso, tendrían que tener una mejor manera de comprobar la habitación de la persona (pasar la tarjeta por un lector o pedir el tarjetero que te dan en recepción con el número).
