Central location, but a bit noisy.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable hotel in central location.

Cons:

Very noisy at night owing to central location. Buses, deliveries, bells, people walking by chatting or shouting. Sadly the windows do very little to help.

Pros:

Continental breakfast was superb.
Location in the centre of Truro is perfect.

Cons:

The double bed was apparently a king size but it seemed smaller.
The window wouldn't stay open as the double glazing is too heavy.
The bathroom basin waste was blocked.

The room was clean, comfortable and cosy
Continental breakfast was included in the price, which was really good , and a choice of cooked breakfast was also available for an extra charge

Cons:

Bar prices were a bit too high

Broken Toilet Seat on arrival
Pros:

very good location for town centre

Cons:

On arrival toilet seat broken and off hinges, also evidence from previous occupant remaining. About 10 at night and staff unable to find me alternative room. Second day it was replaced with new. Staff apologetic but no offer of a small refund/ gratuity despite my asking. Had paid upfront.

OK but I do not think we will be returning.
Pros:

Room was good. Breakfast was OK but some buffet items were brought out in very small quantities. Both coffee and tea machines were refillled with 1 jugful and ran out quickly

Cons:

Lack of a lift meant that I found it difficult to access the room with suitcases as I am over 80 years old.
