Very comfortable
The room was rather warm
The location is almost next to the Hall of Cornwall and in the centre of the city so close to all shops, bars and restaurants. Continental breakfast is tasty and a large free car park on site
The front facing rooms can be noisy due to pigeons sitting on window sills, seagulls throughout the night and passerbys including street cleaners.
Nice to get a double bed as a single person. Clean bathroom with a bath which was a bonus for me. Friendly reception. Good variety of choices for the continental breakfast.
Tables at breakfast weren’t cleaned or set up when I arrived. Most hotels would provide a cooked breakfast for the price paid.

Perfect location with accessible and secure parking in the centre of Truro.
Very warm and friendly welcome from reception staff . Attractive furnishings throughout. Continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, including the best croissants and served by helpful and friendly staff.
The room was fine, albeit the bathroom a little small. The main issue was being unable to open the window

When found access , the car parking was ideal.
Bathroom very compact apart from toilet roll holder more than an arms length away from the seat.
Toilet generally did not flush first time, also weird system ..sign ..keep handle down to reduce flush.
One small glass shelf above hand basin with one glass + their toiletries, no room for his/her bathroom bags
It had been raining, no where in the room to hang up coats apart from in the wardrobe .. wet coats in there, I dont think so.. placed in bath to attempt to dry out.

Was a great and convenient stay, could have done with more veggie options at breakfast.
Free parking, location to town and restaurants, breakfast area and breakfast options, also good choice of breakfast buffet which was included. Room nice, comfy bed. Staff very friendly.
The only thing was the carpet in the room didn't looked hoovered (sock fluff and debris) sadly that let it down, everything else great.

Our room was located above the kitchen ventilation so it was noisy from 6.45
Lovely clean hotel in city centre
The location of the toilet in ensuite bathroom. We are quite tall people and struggled to fit in space.
Simple rooms, easy check in and very good location with great secure parking.
The TV didn’t work
How clean and well equipped apartments , good continental breakfast , great central location.
We were very happy with our stay , no complaints whatsoever Thankyou.
