Court mais très agréable
Pros:

La chambre est très correcte, lit très confortable.
Personnel très sympathique et aimable.
La décoration est très belle, les couleurs sont très agréable et une ambiance calme et apaisante.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien, il y a ce qu'il faut et c'est bon.

Cons:

Dommage que la chambre soit située près d'un boulevard donc il y a du passage mais ça nous a pas plus déranger que ça. Et il es un peu à l'écart mais il y a un métro à même pas 2 min pour aller vers le centre.

Cons:

I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. An extra charge of 250 euros was taken from my credit card without clear justification. I kindly request a detailed explanation and written proof for this charge.

Additionally, I am very disappointed with the behavior at the reception. During a discussion we had, the staff spoke in French, mocking and insulting us. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. We were also accused unfairly and without any evidence.

I expect a prompt clarification regarding both the extra charge and the conduct of your staff.

Foarte bine localizat, central, aproape de toate obiectivele turistice, baia mare, camera cocheta

Cons:

Nu avea caldura, noaptea era cam frig, aveam un calorifer electric , dar nu functiona la parametrii normali!

erg vriendelijk ontvangst, nette verzorgde badkamer met zeepjes en dergelijke.

Cons:

het geluid vanaf de straat (drukke weg met auto's) is heel duidelijk te horen, we dachten dat er een raam openstond maar dat was niet het geval.

Very good value for money in Brussels
Pros:

Simple hotel with everything you need for a short stay in Brussels. Good size double room, clean and fresh looking. Very convenient location right in front of Metro exit and 15 minutes walking from the city center.

Cons:

Nothing to say. Very nice hotel.
