A very nice hotel, perfectly situated for West End theatres and the pleasures of Covent Garden.
Pros:

The hotel staff were most welcoming upon arrival and very helpful. The room was very nicely appointed and very spacious. The location of the hotel was right in the centre of Covent Garden and was an ideal location for us to enjoy the local surroundings and only a short walk to the West End theatres.

Cons:

Not much to say here, it was all rather lovely. The only thing was the mattress was quite firm and we like a firm mattress. This was a tad too firm. However, that is very subjective and a personal preference. The pillows were fabulous!

Pros:

Everything, comfy bed, spotless clean room . Superb staff.

Cons:

Shower was cool. The hottest was barely lukewarm. Probably healthier for my skin. It wasn’t a problem. Just an observation.

Highly recommend 10 out of 10!
Pros:

Loved the location, beautiful area. Room was perfect. Plenty of room, beautifully decided and loved the penalized, big towels on a warming bar! Staff was friendly and enjoyed the nightly treats and water

Cons:

Nothing, thought it was wonderful.
