Pros:

Breakfast was incredible. The best oatmeal I've ever had. soft boiled eggs were perfect. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The area was so central couldn't have been better all the shops and restaurants and theaters so close by. everything was walking distance would stay here again!! Staff was always very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms. Excellent and helpful staff. The bathrooms are so cute and comfortable as well.
Pros:

Excellent stay. The staff is incredibly hopeful and nice. I appreciate the room layout. How thoughtful it is and the view out in the garden area.

Cons:

The only small thing I can say is, I haven’t been able to find an iron in the room

Locatie is top, gezellig, bruisend en genoeg te zien op loopafstand. Kamer verzorgd, schoon en mooie passende stijl.

Location location location it was very clean, bed was very comfy with lovely bedding.

Cons:

That it was across the road and wasn’t quite a hotel as in there wasn’t a bar to speak of more an area beside the restaurant.

Hotel diferente, que hacen que tu estadía en Londres sea especial por ubicación y nivel de detalle que tiene el hotel.
Pros:

La ubicaciones y el detalle de las habitaciones increíbles.

Cons:

Todo me gustó. Único punto no funcionaba el ascensor el día que llegamos pero lo arreglaron a las pocas horas.

Can fine better for the money
Pros:

location was great. Bed was comfortable. Coffee maker fine and always replenished. Cookies brought daily. Bathroom was fine - very nice towels, robe and slippers. Staff was responsive although not always in building - had to go to main building across the street.

Cons:

Design of the room was bad Such a narrow hallway from bedroom to sitting area that we could barely both be in it. Door to closet opened and would hit you in the head if you tried to walk past. No drawers for storage, just some tiny open shelving in bedroom. Couch was soiled. Coffe maker was functional however in closet right next to clothing so got things hot. High price made me expect more.

A very pretty and cosy hotel in the heart of Covent Garden
Pros:

The room was pretty, the hotel was quiet, the staff were all so polite, helpful and warm.
It is a perfect place to stay if you're going to the opera and to the theatres and art galleries nearby, but also if you want or need to rest and spend some quiet time in your room.

L’Emplacement exceptionnel au cœur de la ville tout en ayant des chambres très calmes. La nôtre avait une vue superbe et dégagée sur un jardin magnifique Personnel incroyablement gentil. Les chambres sont très confortables et ravissantes , la literie et le linge de toilette d’excellente qualité

Cons:

Il faut prendre des chambres supérieures (le rapport qualité /prix devient moins bon ) sinon elles sont plutôt petites

Henrietta is a beautiful small boutique place catering to folks who want the perfect location in Covent Garden.
Pros:

The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful. They all went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the front staff actually walked us down to the corner to point out a coffee shop he was recommending!

Cons:

The room was quite small, with limited space for our medium-sized suitcases. We had to lie our suitcases on the floor and bend down whenever we needed to access our clothes or supplies.
