An enjoyable experience given we were there for only one night.
Pros:

Good sized room and bathroom for a city hotel. Excellent location

Cons:

There was no hot water in the shower. The hotel had previously been made aware of the issue by a previous guest but it had not been resolved. When we reported the problem on our departure we were immediately offered a free breakfast which we felt was very generous.

One of the best stays in London
Pros:

The staff are very welcoming. I felt safe being a solo female on this trip. I was given a quiet room - it really was very quiet and peaceful. The dinners and breakfasts were lovely - the restaurant decor is perfect. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also fantastic. One of the best locations.

Cons:

The slamming doors of neighbouring rooms - it is very loud! Such a letdown as the hotel is honestly one of the best in London for a peaceful stay but bang in the middle of Covent Garden.

The lights in the room need adjusting. The spotlights are too bright. There also needs to be an option to have a nice warm table lamp on at night time to relax. I ended up putting the bathroom light on and switching off all the room lights - not ideal. I don't think the switches were working properly either.

Pros:

Quite but in the centre of everything. Short stay. Excellent breakfast. Lovely room. I live in London but will make regular return trips when I feel like staying in town rather than travelling on the tube home late at night.

Cons:

We booked 2 bedrooms at the same price as staying with friends. Unfortunately our bedroom was not anywhere near the quality of theirs. Very disappointing as we always stay here when we come to London and have never had a bad room before.

Acceptable but won’t be back
Pros:

The location is excellent

Cons:

Reception is not welcoming, partially attended. Lift does not go to top floor so don’t bother with city view rooms if don’t want to climb 3 floors. Asked for a drink at bar 10.30pm Thursday night. Barmen said no. Closed. Breakfast average, tea cold, toast, hot bread. Staff fairly untroubled and unwilling to go above and beyond.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Garden. Would defintely stay here again.
Pros:

Room was amazing and had a lovely terrace with a great view of the London Eye and rooftops. Location was also great, as were the staff and bar.

Cons:

Telephone in-room couldn't dial reception, so we couldn't call them to change our breakfast order. There was no room service menu in the room, even though room service as apparently available and lastly the breakfast was delivered without any additional condiments. Otherwise it was all great.
